Could NOT have had a better experience at this gym. Lost a ton of weight, gained a TON of muscle, made some great friends, and have pushed myself to be my best self. The trainers here are friendly and tough and help motivate you to give it your all. What a great investment and a great time. Just wish I had a better life/professional schedule to do this all year around!

Truly an amazing facility, gives you a wide range of equipments to utilize. The trainers are knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft and actually want you to excel. They do a great job when it comes to answering questions and providing needed information. An extremely welcoming bunch, would definitely recommend!

One of the best places around for elite fitness and sport focused athletic development, recovery and injury prevention. The programs are effective and meet you where you are with your level of intensity and athletic development. They run programs for professional athletes all the way down to elementary age programs for children. The facility is first class with many hydraulics, free weights, athletic apparatuses, and a 60 m running track for short, bursting speed development. They also offer sport focused physical therapy and treatment.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym! Every detail from the staff, coaches, equipment, programs, accountability, and recovery are simply the best ever! Anyone and everyone, even special needs athletes can benefit from APEC. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking for elite training for yourself or your child, this is the place. The value of the training at APEC is unmatched in my opinion. Don't believe me, just check out all of the elite athletes who have trained here or are currently training here. They helped my son achieve his dream of an FBS-Power 5 Conference scholarship for football. They worked my son hard, but he truly loved going. Again, this is a fantastic facility, program, and group of trainers.

APEC is ahead of the curve in all aspects of strength/conditioning and smart functional training. The coaches are knowledgeable and help encourage member’s goals. There are programs available for all ages and each are designed with specific intention and can be modified as needed. I am a big fan of the adult spherical program!

The adult/spherical class at APEC is truly an investment in your health. Classes are fun, challenging and packed full of well-researched, effective movements. Coaches are attentive and knowledgeable. It is absolutely the safest and most effective workout found in Ft Worth.

U get ur work in I'm sore after a good workout and other days are always for just getting work in and helping with flexibility. But there are also specific sport classes that u can take to get better at that sport and all the workouts u do for that sport are in some way going to help be the best at ur sport.

The trainers here are the best! The equipment is top of the line and the adult class,. Spherical is so fun and such a great workout!

Great place for young athletes to train. My son trained there all summer and got faster and more flexible going into the next season.

APEC is THE place in Ft Worth for the serious athlete to train. My son increased in every measurable last summer and he will be back for the summer of 2019!

My son trains there and I would recommend it to anyone trying to be an athlete. After a month my son is already showing improvements in his game.
