Kroger

This kroger is very convenient for me and my family. Our car is in the shop, so when we need to do basic grocery shopping, we have to walk there. It's always clean, and well staffed typically. I've only had 1 problem when it came to an employee, but it wasn't bad enough to report, I also haven't seen this young lady at the self check out in awhile. The homelessness is a problem, but it's not their fault for it other than what they can legally do.

Regina went over and above in the customer service area today. My husband and I had an issue with a previous purchase the day before. Regina, in between helping others, helped us get the discounted price advertised. We missed a step and didn’t realize our mistake until we got home & checked our receipt. We are now customers. She has a level of skill set I’ve not witnessed in sometime. She kept us from feeling like burdens of her time. God blessed us with her care & I ask Kroger recognize her skills.

A great place to grocery shop. Was running behind on getting fresh seafood out.

Love this store, it’s our go to. Marti the manager up there is amazing!! Donna always goes above and beyond. Regina always so helpful at self checkout. I love this store. Great savings and love the coupons.

The customer service here was awesome! My mom left her phone in the cart, back in the store, and one of the employees (Anthony Jackson), ran out the front door to find us & return her phone. (He even joked that there will be a $5 fee next time.)

Delightful cashier! Helped me get last minute purchase of balloons for my niece's birthday today! She was new but very knowledgeable and helpful!

Just wanted to give a shout out to cashier Donia for her awesome service today. She went out of her way to help me save. I really appreciate employees like her, little thing do make a difference. Wish they were more people like her.

I believe the lady's name is Frances. Held her composure like a CHAMP while this guy was being EXTRA rude and insulting LOUDLY. He was getting attention from people waiting nearby as well. And she stayed effortlessly kind and respect. She needs a trophy because she presented herself highly maturely.

Like this Kroger because the layout makes sense to me still not the best way to lay out a grocery store but better than other Krogers I've been in. I also found the associates go be very helpful not just explaining where something is but taking the time to show me. The poor cashier had to ring my groceries through twice and even though I continually apologized she assured me it was no big deal. They were extremely busy but she still acted as if it was nothing.

I sometimes mention to my daughter of how customer service is done correctly as we drive around town. I want to say that Mr. Uzi at the front check out knows how it is done. On two different occasions, he had a friendly greeting and was making sure all the customers had the help they needed. Well done, sir.

This is a great place to shop. Usually very clean, and some of the best fried chicken you can get. The deli is unbeatable, amd comes highly recommended. The generic Kroger brands are very often better than name brand items. Parking lot could he better but thats ok.

This is my neighborhood Kroger and they recently renovated. I like the new layout and they have a surprising number of organic and natural products in stock. Plus, Kroger has a pretty good coupon store app and I get mailed coupons. I only wish this location had a bulk section like sprouts! Then I’d be all set.

I'm not sure who manages this store or even if management has changed multiple times over the years, but as long as I can remember, this store has been ahead of the game when it comes to the latest trends in shopping. They've had good produce forever and other than Central Market were the first to carry specialty and alternative items. They had kombucha before it was cool! I haven't seen any other Kroger like this, so it must be unique to the management there. Anyway, kudos.

I really like this store a lot the prices sometimes are too high . They have a good selection on most items they carry things Walmart doesn't carry like Ezekiel bread they said they were going to discontinue that item but I hope they don't a lot of people enjoy that bread.
They also have a good selection of Frozen TV dinners and Bakery items the store seems clean the people are helpful. They need a bigger selection of yogurts. The fruits and vegetables look good most of the time. They carry unsalted chips which I'm happy about because I have high blood pressure and can't have too much salt and that Ezekiel bread is no salt. So please do not discontinue Ezekiel bread. I also like they're little gift items, all the little Nick knacks they have good selection of makeup shampoos just about everything you need in one place. Keep up the good work thank you

I really love this Kroger. I don't go to no other grocery store, they beat all competitors pieces! For sure. Everyone is friendly and polite. Which is a plus when grocery shopping. If I met someone at a mall and they was to ask me which grocery store is best around here I would recommend this Kroger. It's because it's the right place to shop and the prices or just terrific, I'm pleased every time. There is always some type of sale which is fantastic and the. Kroger Plus Card savings puts in more savings on top of savings. What more could you ask for oh lets not for get, the gas that's absolutely great too. You can use your Kroger card it at the Shell gas station or the Kroger's gas station and save on gas and you earn points from spending money,while SAVING getting more for the bucks I love it!!
