Been waiting a while to come here, so glad I finally got to. Cozy little coffee shop, loved by locals. Waffles were amazing, having an option of breakfast tacos until they sell out is also nice for more protein. My drink was awesome. Cortada with a peppermint rimmed glass. Delicious! My plus one got an iced mocha half sweet which was also excellent. Outdoor seating was very cute and perfect for good weather days. They were also setting up for live music which was a nice touch. Can’t wait to return for a lazy afternoon or early morning coffee. The wait is a little bit longer, but it is a mom and pop operation and everything is made from scratch and by hand. Highly recommend!

Small quaint place for gourmet coffee drinks and cornbread waffles. Excellent portion sizes. Drinks are customizable and not too sweet to start with. Parking along the building side or in a public lot and walk to it. Directly behind Napoli’s and diagonal from the public restrooms.

I visited this place two weeks ago and it was awesome! It has a very cozy and quaint atmosphere.
I ordered the breakfast waffle with the Jalepeno Cilantro Crema on the side. I am a lightweight when it comes to spice but it wasn't too spicy where I couldn't eat it.
My friend ordered the Gluten Free/Vegan PB & Banana waffle and she loved it!

My iced chai tea latte with vanilla disappeared fast...it was so good!

Such a fun new place to go! Quiet and quaint in downtown Grapevine. The staff is super friendly and very helpful when trying to order. They have so many options and I love that the coffee is all made with Oat Milk. The cornbread waffle they recommended was so good and we topped it off with the pumpkin waffle! They have a quiet space to work and you almost feel like you are in a sleepy beach town coffee shop. It was wonderful! I definitely will be back and already dreaming about having my wonderful Latte again!

Brew and Batter was a delicious alternative to the traditional Waffle House experience! Their selection of waffles made with oat milk and gluten free was a healthy change to the original. Their coffee made with oat milk (latte) was also delicious. Not a lot of indoor seating, but great for families If you don’t mind sitting outside. Highly recommend!

A lovely haven in Grapevine. Incredibly friendly to GF consumers, who so often feel left out when waffles are on the menu. The coffee was great - inventive seasonal cocktails, and excellent cold brew. The owner was friendly and well-informed, and on top of that, it was a cozy place to get a little work done. Whether it's coffee, a work space, or waffles, if you're in Grapevine, you need to come here!

Excellent coffee, get their drip brew black and see! I’m very much a coffee snob and these people are doing it right and really care about sourcing quality beans and pouring good quality coffee. Also super friendly, delicious breakfast tacos and bagels in addition to their house made waffles.

Pound cake looked good but was a bit on the dry side. The cold brew had a nice flavor and great for a hot day. Friendly staff and the gal playing guitar and singing. Could’ve listened to her all day.

First time here. Great for exactly what it is, a quaint little coffee a waffle shop. There are definitely some elevated a d unique options. We got seasonal coffee and the Brie & Fig waffle. Delicious! Staff was friendly as well

If you have a gluten or dairy allergy you understand the struggle of being underwhelmed by GF & Vegan menu options and flavorless food. I had PLENTY to choose from here and the waffle was divine. I appreciated that they don’t use garbage syrups. They have the real maple!! Coffee was scrumptious and milk alternatives were plentiful. Atmosphere was also a WIN. The people that work here are friendly and accommodating. WELL DONE!!!!

This place was so delicious! And the barista‘s were so kind! Such a cute place to have a coffee and a super tasty waffle! (: highly recommend the peaches and cream waffle!

My new favorite breakfast place in grapevine! We loved the coffee drink options and waffles! Our favorite waffle was the breakfast waffle. Cornmeal batter, egg, cheese, and cilantro crema. Tied for second was the pecan and churro waffles. Super friendly and fast staff. I had a rosemary latte and cayenne mocha. Both excellent. They are not joking, the cayenne is spicy!

My daughter and I had a great cold brew and hot drip after yoga. Loved the people, the coffee, and the vibe. Thanks!

Chai Lavender latte and cinnamon honey latte were delicious, churro and vegan waffles were delicious and staff was very friendly and happy to answer any questions. I love that all drinks are made with oat milk!

Nice and neat small place. This here is a Mango drink with Coconut milk and it is refreshing and yummy. They also have a great selection and alternatives for food sensitive people (gluten). The staff is very kind, professional and willing to answer all the questions you can imagine. I will recommend this place and fuggedabouit. God bless.

Their coffee is good. It is a great small place to meet up with a friend.
The service is slow but if you have time it's a Great place to go.

I really enjoyed this coffee shop and can’t wait to go back. Super cute little place. They have wifi and places to work and will bring your order to you. They have both indoor and patio seating but there are no umbrellas outside so it does get warm.

Parking is limited right at the shop but there is enough in the general area. Also, I appreciate that they are doing their part to be eco friendly and source sustainable products.

Had the Fig and Brie waffle, excellent dish. Definitely pair it with your favorite coffee or tea, as their waffle texture is almost a mixture of waffle and scone? It’s awesome. Great atmosphere, and service was quick and sweet. Definitely returning.
