Best Western Huntington Mall Inn

Place is a great place to stay. General manager and front desk clerk helped us so much during our stay there during a family tragic. I couldn’t thank them both enough, I forgot there names as my mind is everywhere but they was awesome people. Service was fabulous. If I’m definitely back in this area this will be where I come to Stay. Also the rooms was great, can’t complain about one thing! I rate them 5/5! Again thanks to the general manager and front desk clerk!!

Upon arrival, Roger at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. We had a slight issue with our door lock and he made sure he helped us get it fixed promptly. The rooms were clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. And the breakfast!! It made this whole trip worth it. Such a clean and nice set up with so many options. The manager Jake even cleaned the snow off our car for us when we did not have a scraper. 5 stars would recommend!

The Barboursville Best Western is my favorite hotel in the Huntington area. The rooms are clean and very large. This is an older, but well-maintained hotel so the layout and decor is not trendy but it isnt tacky. The staff are absolutely exceptional: friendly, helpful, and polite. This is also one of the few hotels that still have a full hot breakfast (although its quality has diminished as of late). That would be my only criticism.

Always a good stay here when I'm in the area. The manager Jake goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. They do a really nice job with the breakfast in the morning and rooms are comfy. I will be back

The rooms are nice and clean. The front desk staff are nice. Not a bad hotel.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was a great experience! The employees were incredibly kind, the room was clean, and I felt very safe here during my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast, they had a variety of different food options I could choose from. I plan to visit again when work brings me this way.

Absolutely love it here staff is very carasmatic no matter what issue may occur room are kept very clean staff and management will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great for u and family

We stayed here two nights. I really appreciate the staff and how nice & understanding they were. The first night my kiddo was up & down crying with an ear infection. I was worried we were gonna get noise complaints and we even spoke to the general manager apologizing. General manager understood and told us not to worry. Sigh of relief. I also really appreciate their patience when I had questions. Also really loved the electronic check in, that's really helpful and made life a bit easier. Especially after driving 10 hours.

Only bad thing was the hotel didn't have a crib, but I made other sleeping arrangements for my toddler just in case so it worked out.

Stayed there quite few times and have to say. Its great. This hotel is absolutely massive and really well managed. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with option to take out breakfast.

U know it's old, in need of repairs but everyone that works there is so freaking nice and makes u fresh coffee it really doesn't matter. Sure you could stay at a Hilton but I feel they r robotic and not sincere. At least here I can feel the sincerity of the employees trying! That's what matters to me most.

Great service and location. Staff and management were very helpful and friendly. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

The stunning redhead at the front needs a paid vacation and a raise.

This is a clean ,kid friendly place ,very laid back .I definitely recommend. It has out door pool a inside gym , and hot breakfast every morning except Sunday and it's actually good ,different choices of breakfast. The rooms are all non- smoking,alot of car parking enough to park a 18 wheeler over all the staff has been friendly and helpful .so if your ever in town here this is a good price hotel worth the bucks .

Staff had positive energy, willingness to help, and went out of their way to assist us with our unusual schedule. I really couldn't ask for more from a hotel, especially one that fits my budget as easily as this one does. The food was very good, especially for free. The rooms met our needs just fine. The beds were typical for a 3 star hotel (which is to say they were not as good as my amazing bed at home but....) decent for the price range. The rooms were clean, smelled clean, and felt clean. Overall experience.... Pleased and Satisfied!

Clean and comfortable stay, delicious breakfast ready for you in the morning, front desk clerks Tyler and Carol were just wonderful and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating.

stayed several times the last month or so. Guy working desk on Nightshift was super. The other day we had what was maybe the worst day of our live, debit card frozen, flat tire, and the list goes on..came in and Tahara saved the day. Made us feel at home. She was the absolute best. enjoyable to talk to; I would have traded stories for hours. we will go out of our way to stay there again because of her. 5/5 stars isn't enough. thank you, sincerely.

Clean, spacious room. The front desk people were very helpful. Cold breakfast was OK.

This is a return trip for me, and since the last time I was here, there’s been some remodeling and this property is looking sharper than ever. This property is in a great location as well. You’ve got all your favorite dining and shopping options in walking distance. It’s also located right off of the interstate. The front desk was super helpful in letting us mail a piece of gear we needed to the hotel in advance. I like the fact that the refrigerators in the rooms are larger than your standard mini-fridge. Room had great a/c unit, plenty of hot water and water pressure. The complimentary breakfast here was pretty good, even better than the one at holiday inn express. Something else nice about this property is the outdoor swimming pool which you won’t just find anywhere. We had a great experience overall and will surely return when playing in Huntington.

Great changes have been made at this hotel since last year. The desk clerks were very friendly and greeted us with smiles and efficient service. The hotel, as always ,is clean and comfortable, and appealing to the eye. Breakfast was enjoyable, with many hot and cold selections and an attendant who kept everything well stocked and all surfaces clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the changes made within the last year! We will look forward to our stay again next year!

This is my family is second time staying here. The rooms are clean, odor free, large rooms, beds are comfortable.
The pool is nice to cool off and let the kids play.
Manager and staff are very welcoming.

I would recommend this hotel.

Because of covid-19 breakfast is served in a bag. Strawberry or cheese danish, granola bars, water or coffee.

Parking was good, plenty of room.
