Best Buy was great with installing an aftermarket radio for me. It looked so good after the tech was done. Looks like it was the original radio.

I am a loyal customer of Best Buy because I have consistently had good service and good products. Recently the computer I bought from them went on sale for lower than I bought it and the honored the new price. They actually gave me the money back and not a store credit. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with their sales team showing me the products, but not pushing anything.

Being the only place with local reasonable distance that you can buy PC parts. I guess 5 stars for being the goat. I don't like the inflated prices compared to other places like say Microcenter but great people. Highlights on the Ivan guy that usually runs the back . He has helped me numerous times get the parts I need where seemingly everyone else just trys to get me to buy a whole new PC he helps me find parts to repair it. I don't want to offend him but he's the fella that I think is from Ukraine or at least has family from there. You all should promote him. He knows what PC enthusiasts want. Please do price matching best buy!

Not from WV but this was the place i bought my computer while i was in WV for a week and the staff was amazing(a little overwhelming at times) but also showed how much they care. They helped me find what i needed and explained everything for me. The guys and gal where extremally helpful and friendly. 10/10 would drive 16 hours to shop again.

I visited this store to return a blu-ray, and get some information about a previous purchase. Their staff politely answered all the queries and quickly processed the return. I also took a walk around the store to see if they had any accessories for my cameras. But, I didn't find anything appealing. Best Buy is the place to go to when you are looking to purchase any electronics.

I must first confess that after a few bad experiences with Best Buy in another city, I had swore off shopping Best Buy. After a few years or self-boycotting the franchise, I was provided a decent deal on a television, so I broke my own rule and gave them another shot. The main reason is that maybe in a different city, the staff and management may have a different outlook on what customer service should be. I was pleasantly surprised that my choice was a good one. Not only were the staff knowledgeable and helpful, but they actually give their customers a great person to person experience. By that, I mean you are treated politely and friendly. The service was excellent and was well treated. The staff here actually greet with a sincere smile and with an eagerness to help you without giving you the feeling that you are bothering them. So kudos to this store as I will definitely end my boycott and frequent this store for my further electronic needs.

Great always carrying people thanks for always making it right for me can't beat the prices and love how every one of my purchases are tracked to my phone number never been a real good person on keeping receipts so that works great

I had to wait a little bit but a staff member assured me I was next. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took as much time with me as I needed without feeling rushed.

Went here for a pickup order, everything went smooth and the people there to give me my order were very respectful and courteous!

Purchased a computer and it then went on sale. They refunded the difference!!!

Amazing staff!!!! My Discover debit card was locked when I tried to buy my new phone because Discover was having nation-wide outages but I came back the next day to this Best Buy and the manager on duty was so sweet, nice and professional. He spent 45 minutes to an hour calling T mobile and made it to where I could buy my phone. Its a long and complicated story but the manager stuck with me and made sure I could get my new phone. He deserves a HUGE raise. I swear the people at this local best buy are so awesome. I hope they never ever close this store.

Spent less than 30 mins, got in & got what I needed and got out. It was quick, nice, friendly people. It was crowded. Seem like they had good sales going on. Everything was well organized.

Definitely always get the help that I need when I go to Best Buy. I might have to pay a little bit more but it was the product of some detail. You also get information about your technology that you’re buying that you wouldn’t get from Walmart.

I honestly love this store. It does help that I Grand Opened it 😊 the staffing is great still. Very well organized products for customer purchase. The options of being able too order product from a sister store is the best! We have gotten some very nice open item products that other customers were unable to use. This has come in definite help with us moving into our new home and finding that we didn't have everything we needed to run everything that have electronically.

Great friendly said team, for asked in every section of we wanted help. Each one did a great job listening and answering out questions, made suggestions, ideas. We didn't purchase anything this trip, but the service made us want to come back! Also, very clean restrooms!!! Thank you as this is important to us.
