Children's National Emergency Department at United Medical Center

There awesome they took excellent care of my grandson the Drs and nurses are over worked under paid staff shortage since the covid that's why the nurses are striking we are human there nice knowledgeable no long wait if u don't like children's go to unity see the long wait

I don’t care what no one says this Children’s is the bomb. I have been here several times. Each time I’m here 2 hours or less. My child has always left feeling better. They are nice and the timing is great. I really don’t have no complaints. The nurses and doctors have always made my kids feel comfortable. They also mad me feel comfortable with them assisting my kids. The staff there is very nice and polite. I love it here for my kids. They have a great waiting area. My girls love the kid friendly computer in the lobby. I have no complaints and I just want to say thank you and keep up the good work. I am writing this review right now in this hospital. And I had to do it because the service is so great. And I wanted to say thank you, we need more great customer service staffs like you guys

I really arrived now with my baby and it doesn’t take long for them to take care of you everything is fast, arrive at 4:50 a.m., they took care of my son at 4;53 a.m. and it was fast, it didn’t take long, they are the best, I recommend it 🥹♥ the nurses and doctors are super lovely and nicely

Excellent service from time we enter the check in process to the check out process. Parents have to remember to pack your patience when coming to any type of visits in Drs office especially in the the ER. It beat the wait time at the Main campus . I will definitely be back and I learned that you all have sub centers great job! As long Son is happy I am happy

Since I have been going to this ER, I have been satisfied with the entire team. The last time I went there, the nurse that attended to me showed so much empathy to my daughter’s condition. I haven’t spent more than 1 hr in the ER. I will recommend this ER to everyone.

UMC-Children's ER dept has great, caring staff. They have order and diligence. You dont wait long at all and everyone to the security guard(s), the front desk receptionist, nurses and doctors are polite. You can tell that they love their jobs and the kids!

Came in for a asthma attack and was greeted by the nicest and most empathetic Rn by the name of Adrian Witt RN .he was very attentive and made me feel comfortable which is a huge step-up from my previous visit here which were awful. Good job Adrian we need more here like you
