I am writing this letter to recommend Amy Corley as a real estate agent. Amy definitely had marketing strategies that we did not consider when we put our house on the market.

My husband and I put our house on the market in the Spring of 2023 and the mortgage rates were at their highest (over 8%). We were definitely stubborn about getting a certain price. Amy was very patient with us and she thought outside of the box.

With continued inflation, higher interest rates and a potential recession no houses were selling. After 3 months on the market Amy suggested that we list our house with owner financing. After doing so, we were thrilled that we immediately received offers and that we didn’t have to go below the price that we wanted.
