I have been looking for a good hair stylist since moving here 4 yrs ago - but none really clicked or 'got' my fine, thinning curly hair. I am finally happy!!! Renee is the best and my hair is looking better than it has in a long time! Thanks so much Renee!!! Highly recommend!

Wish I could give this place more stars, truly excellent! Renee is amazing! Took our daughter in for a hair cut, she has curly hair and we had a really bad previous hair cut experience, so we were really nervous. All the worry went away with in minutes. Renee was very kind and super knowledgeable, gave me tips to help us on our CGM journey, and to top it all off the cut was perfect. I highly recommend and we will most definitely be back!

I have been seeing Renee at Mane Tamers for years. Seriously. 8-9 years now?
For color, highlights, and cut, she covered my gray resistant hair with vibrant colors and beautiful highlights.

Earlier this year, I decided to transition to my natural gray. I was about 20% gray when I started seeing her but as the years progressed, I was completely gray under my color.

I am grateful and relieved to have Renee on board to help me with this transition. I am not willing to go short-short and I still work full time (accounting professional) so I chose to transition with blending and trimming with no overall color to let the natural color reveal itself.

Best salon and stylist in Texas. Weekend appointments are hard to get so call early!!! (Her regulars (like me) schedule appointments 6-12 months at a time to get our preferred days and time slots.

There truly isn't anyone else like Renee and her extensive experience in hair and people alike. I have searched far and wide for someone half as good as her since moving away 3 years ago and I still haven't found them! She is really a one of a kind. A gem!
