HQ Dental Design

really nice staff, i was comfortable throughout the entire experience despite not going to the dentist for 4 years. they kept checking up during my cleaning to make sure i was okay and never shamed or spoke down to me.

I highly recommend HQ Dental Design. My crown fell out so I scheduled a visit for the same day... went to their office, it was a seamless process getting in and out. They were gentle and very kind! Another dentist recommended them, and now I know why! :)

I am giving 5 stars for thís couple Dr & Drs Tran -Pham and their assistant ,Madison They are very nice friendly and helpful and they explain the patient about the issue very well . The office is clean and well equipped. I will make another review if i can when my treatment is done . Hopefully everything will go through perfectly

Who really likes going to the dentist? However, today’s experience was great. Apart from teeth cleaning I had to have some other work done. The staff were fun to joke around with and completed their work in a professional manner. Thank for all you do. Merry Christmas to all the staff.

I really appreciate the fantastic service that I received today! The doctor was amazing, and Cheyenne did a perfect job on my temporary crown. I felt very comfortable and knew that I was in good hands. I also like the fact that they do not only crowns, cleanings, and check ups; but also root canals and extractions if needed; all in one location.

I was referred by a friend, because my permanent retainer had popped out of place and was causing discomfort. Sincere, warm, friendly and compassionate staff. Madison at the front desk was super helpful with the paperwork, Cheyenne and Amber and Dr Tram all made sure I was not in any pain, helped me with the retainer and got me set up for at home care. Very clean and welcoming environment with big windows for lots of natural light. Would highly recommend to anyone, and give even higher stars if possible.

The employees were nice and friendly. There was not a wait time. They explained all options clearly. As they worked on my teeth they explained what they were doing.

I'm very happy and looking forward to calling this dentist office home for future visits.

HQ dental is amazing from the dentist to the staff. My daughter even broke her tooth the day before thanksgiving and they saw her even though it was it was holiday. They are alway responsive and do a great job!

Everyone was super nice and helpful throughout my visit, they made the process super quick and easy. Amber was the assistant at the time and she was beyond great; super nice and just made me feel comfortable throughout. Dr Tran was also great, she was nice and gentle with my cleaning and explained everything. I highly recommend HQ Dental just great service overall.

Kind, gentle, caring. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but after a lifetime of bad experiences I finally found one I actually don't mind going to. Dr Tran is calming and caring. The office staff and dental assistants are amazing.

3-8-24 Update...
After much work this past year (extractions, implants, bridges), I stand by my previous review. Dr. Tran and Dr. Pham are both genuinely concerned about your comfort as they work miracles, aided by excellent dental assistants, (Shyann - you're amazing!). Mattison at the front desk is a joy to visit with when discussing appointments and billing.

I can't stress this enough - if you hate going to the dentist, go see them. They will change your mind.

First time at HQ Dental. All the staff was amazing and friendly. Z did a great job making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a deep cleaning done and Dr. Tran removed all the build up I had on my teeth. My smile looks completely different. I appreciate the great job that was done on my teeth and the staffs friendliness.

I had such a pleasant experience with this office. I have to show out Martha for being such a great and reassuring office manager. My transition from my old dentist to here was so seamless. All of the staff is super nice and efficient. I got a deep cleaning here an all four of my wisdom teeth removed and have no complaints on the treatment here. I would recommend this Georgetown dental office to all my friend and family.

I feel very welcomed and truly taken care of when I was here! Hannah is definitely a top notch assistant. She’s very passionate about her job, very patient, gentle and she will make sure that you feel comfortable with any service.
