La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW West-Glade Parks

What a wonderful experience I had at La Quinta. When Chris , the shuttle driver picked me up at the airport he was personable professional and kind. The accommodations were clean spacious and functional. The day shuttle driver Travis was also exceptional. Travis took me to work for training every day I was there and Chris pick me up every evening. The front desk clerk was kind and helpful and just beautiful. Housekeeping made sure that everything was clean and fresh every day and they were also very hospitable and professional. The cooks in the morning that make sure that we had breakfast ready and it was wonderful to talk to I truly enjoyed our conversations. I would have to say that five out of five stars is right up there great job and your hiring skills are amazing because you couldn’t ask for a better staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this La Quinta Inn near the Dallas, Fort Worth airport. I must say, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The king suite was very nice.
One standout highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Travis, the shuttle driver. Travis went above and beyond to make sure guests were well taken care of during their travels to and from the airport. His friendly demeanor was refreshing with true southern hospitality.
Overall, my experience at this La Quinta exceeded my expectations, thanks in part to the outstanding service provided by Travis and the entire staff.

We have stayed at this location a couple times. Each time, we have truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and quiet, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety (Texas waffles!!) and the gym has some good cardio machines as well as weights to get in a full workout.
What stands out in particular is the service. They all go above and beyond their duty to make your stay here a good experience.
Housekeeping cleans every other day, but will give you whatever you need if you request.
We had an issue with our AC, and the mechanic was fixing it within 30 minutes.
The managerial staff went above and beyond to help locate a misplaced item for us. We truly appreciate the honor and integrity the staff has here at this location. It is evident that they truly care about their guests and upholding their company values and reputation.

We stayed 3 nights while visiting family. The rooms are standard size but were clean and even though it is close to the airport and a busy interstate we had no problem with noise. We found the beds and pillows very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was better than many hotels. It does close promptly at 9AM though but coffee and ice water is available anytime. I think maid service is only every other day but on the off day they did check mid-morning to see if we needed towels or anything. Very happy with our stay and would definitely come back. Only negative is there is not a pool at this location and they did not have options for adjoining rooms or cribs available. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location is wonderful! About 10 minutes away from downtown Grapevine (which was our reason for travel). Another huge benefit is two large shopping centers in the vicinity. Lots of restaurants options and shops. Definitely recommend staying here. Hotel and rooms very clean. You would constantly see maintenance personnel hard at work.

My stay here was lovely. Love the workers especially the shuttle drivers. They both make our 10min ride to the training and back fun Travis Chris and the owner son forgot his name. Room was clean and all. Thank you for making a short stay the perfect 3 day stay.

Although the hotel is a little farther away it is very clean, quiet and comfortable. They have excellent customer service. Clean and safe shuttle. If you are arriving after 11 pm you will need to find other transportation to the hotel. We will be staying here for all of our future overnight travels in Dallas.

The room was amazing and the check in guy was really nice. The bed was soft and the bathroom had real soap. The room was very spacious. I wish I would have gotten to stay in the room longer then 4 hours waiting on my flight.

Great easy simple experience. They were able to get us in our room early, staff was very helpful and courteous the entire stay in every instance even the shuttle driver. Just built in 2019, the property and rooms are clean and comfortable. Quick 10 mins from airport, I don’t know what else you could want from a quick airport hotel stay.

My stay here was great! The hotel provides a shuttle from the airport which was so convenient. I was shuttled by Travis and he was so sweet and kind on our travels. He also recommended different restaurants nearby that I could try! The hotel itself is sooo clean and I felt very safe walking around. The breakfast was good too, and there was staff doing a great job to make sure things were clean and replenished. I will definitely be back!! Thank you again, La Quinta, for a great stay! :)

Hotel is in the perfect location! Nice and clean rooms. Very spacious! I loved that the hotel was surrounded by things to do and places to eat. The hotel also provided shuttle service that took me and picked me up from the near by Resturant so I saved on booking an Uber. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for about a week and the service and the rooms were excellent. The breakfast was freshly cooked. Housekeeping even took care of the room when we had a sick kid and changed out all sheets within 3 minutes of asking. I could not be more pleased with the stay. Adela at the front desk was beyond helpful. She was friendly and helpful. Speaking with her during check in and checkout and when I needed to extend the stay. I can’t speak highly enough of her. John was the name of the young man at housekeeping that helped us out in a timely manner

All the staff was great! Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. Rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and good every morning. The hotel is also close to lots of places to eat and go shopping.

Location was a little further then I expected...I thought it was closer to airport but my mistake..not hotels. The hotel itself is very nice very new and clean. Staff was great no issues. Continental breakfast was good fresh and area was very clean. Would stay again!

Great location, close to the airport and restaurants. They allowed us to check in earlier than was expected since we were coming from an overnight flight. The hotel was in top tier condition including the rooms. Breakfast was amazing for a free course.

We’d been in four hotels in 7 days so our recent experience is fresh. This hotel deserves 10 stars! It is amazingly clean—staff visibly keeping up with things throughout the day. Friendly and understanding of our needs. Whenever we come back to Dallas we will stay here!

Had to stay here when our flight was cancelled. Very convenient shuttle from and back to the airport. The room was very nice. Breakfast was as good as most. Highly recommend.

The hot breakfast was great. Everyone was so nice, I needed to grab a carry
On luggage from down the road at Marshals and a driver showed up in the shuttle van, and was nice enough to drive me and bring me back.. We had a little wait before our shuttle time and the driver brought us out some warm chocolate chip cookies . I would definitely stay here again

This was a great one-night stay -- the staff was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. Even the coffee was hot and fresh. The price was quite reasonable.

The only thing that was less than perfect was that there was no non-slip mat or material on the shower floor, making it quite slippery. I would imagine that was just an oversight when the room was being prepared, and we were able to take care of it by using a towel on the bottom of the shower.
