Darrell did an AMAZING job!! A large candle melted into my shag carpet and I had a red nail polish stain that had been there for a year, he removed both! He really took his time to make sure that the job was done right and even taught me how to remove stains myself. DNL offers better service than the big companies and at half the price, I highly recommend.

Darrell was amazing from the jump. He is attentive, cares about customer service, and values his work. He is affordable, but high value. Do yourself a favor and select him for all your upholstery, carpet, cleaning needs! Check this picture out of a couch that my wife and I were positive was just trash and the water stains would never come out. Darrell worked miracles and stayed at our house 5 1/2 hours working to get this done with no lunch or bathroom breaks. I was impressed.

Now for those looking for the "why" behind the five stars, here is the scoop.

We have four dogs and two cats. One dog battles tail pocket infections and has a favorite arm chair that we were ready to take to the dump due to her periodic tail leakage. We also have a cat that marked the carpet at the entrance to our Master Bedroom. I tried doing my own carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. It didn't work. My husband was ready to take the cat to a shelter.

Enter Darrell of DNL Carpet Cleaning. I called, got a quote, and he was at my house the next day. I told him on the phone how bad it was and when he arrived, he could see it (and smell it). Three hours later, my carpets look brand new, the armchair we were ready to throw out looks almost new (cat scratches age it), and the smell??? WHAT SMELL?!?!? It is truly amazing!

But okay, what about the cost? NO EXTRA ADD ONS!!! He did all that work and didn't charge a penny more than quoted. Additionally, as my hubby is a senior citizen, he gave us a 5% discount!!

If you need Carpet and/or upholstery work done ANYWHERE in DFW, you would be foolish to call anyone other than Darrell at DNL Carper Cleaning!

Daryl did a very good job. He spot treated the stains in my son's room. He even showed me tips on stain removal. The carpet looks like a brand new carpet very satisfied.

Darrell worked hard on our very bad stains and got them out. He's as friendly and professional as you could possibly ask for. I think I owe him a beer.

Darrell is great! He did a fantastic job on our entire house (8 rooms plus stairs) and is very reasonably priced. Punctual, honest and friendly!

DNL was flexible with timing, courteous and efficient. They were able to remove several bad stains in the carpet and they were accurate with the estimated time it took to clean and the price was reasonable.

They came out at a moments notice and were able to clean my carpet without any issues! We have pets and he made sure that the carpet looked so good you would never know!!
