Jinan is the most honest, kindhearted and personable pharmacist I have ever dealt with. She always goes above and beyond to help me and my wife. The pharmacy staff whose names I don't know are very polite and professional

Jacob and Sharon are the best cashiers at CVS on Central. They are very patient and helped me when I was trying to use my digital coupons. I kept coming back here.

Update: Jacob went to a different store and continue being amazing.

Morgen helped me at the pharmacy. My prescription was ringing up at 212.00 dollars which was way more than I can spend. Before I even said anything about the cost, Morgen said that she thought there was possibly a coupon available from the manufacturer. Using her phone, she quickly instructed me on the manufacturer's webpage navigation and showed me how to register in order to be able to get the coupon. After she showed me, I sat down and spent about ten minutes registering using my own phone. Once I completed the registration, a manufacturer savings program card populated on the website which had an ID number that Morgen used to determine the discount I would receive. It turned out to be a savings of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! Morgen, instructing me in less than 60 seconds, combined with the ten minutes I took to register, basically means that, if my calculations are correct, that at least for ten minutes, I was making 1200.00 dollars per hour!!! All because Morgen went the extra mile to see that an exorbitant amount of money for medicine, whether fair or unfair, did not get in the way of potentially life saving treatment!!!

LOVE this CVS location. I have to admit that this location has gone through a lot of transition over the past year, but it is like night and DAY with the new staff and management. Every issue is communicated with me before I make the trip up here and the staff here are so polite and patient even though the issues are hung up on my insurance and is out of their control.

All in all, GREAT, CARING, TRUSTWORTHY staff, and I couldn't ask for more from MY CVS!

Just worked with Sharon getting our passport photos and I have to say, shs the best! Its so rare to get good customer service and she was great. 10 out of 10 will shop again!

I think it is one of the best pharmacy in Bedford area , when you visit them, you will get your prescription in a short time ,the pharmacist and the staff are well educated and friendly, this CVS pharmacy ,and also the one on industrial Rd ,both are my first choice to get my medication.

I have been coming here forever and everyone there has never been anything but helpful, patient, kind and hardworking! That place is a madhouse and they work their butts off. I'm grateful for the people that choose that profession. THEY ARE NEEDED & I appreciate them!

I usually go here to buy cosmetics and anything else I may need. The associates are always very friendly and polite. The store itself is very clean and pleasant to be in, considering it's been around for years!

Pharmacist was so professional they had my prescription ready before I even called it in! Loved their customer service

This isn't really 5 stars for the pharmacy but it's 5 stars for the lady named Stacy back there who helped me get my son's insurance stuff figured out so that I could get the prescription filled. Thanks Stacy!

Excellent service every time I go in! Pictures are finished fast, their shelves stay stocked, and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Because I am aware of what they have, generally, I always leave a satisfied customer. That along with the courteous staff.
