The place is really clean and organized. The staff was friendly and it was a great shopping experience.

Love big lots! Smaller that Walmart and cheaper than Target! Always come here for my cleaning supplies and love to see the seasonal items. And always running sales on everyday items!

Good Big Lots location! Bigger than other ones I've seen before. For a mid Saturday morning, the staff were surprisingly friendly.

I drove almost an hour to this one specifically for a gift set I want to give my daughter for Christmas. They did have it in stock. The store is much larger than the one closest to my address, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Found a lot of good deals. Several things on clearance. They had several nice mother's Day gifts sections (relaxation and spa items). The cashier was very sweet and friendly.

Employee, and manager pleasant. Everyone is hard working. The I think it was a manager, did not just point the direction as 3 stores were out of cough drops . They had them. So thankful. Good variety. Super helpful cashier's to. They have a variety of items . I like this place enough,I already know not to go in too often. As I usually walk out with something was not anticipating. They really encouraged me. Life had handed me roses w thorns . But GOD is ABSOLUTELY GOOD regardless. They refunded me. Only the returns had to go on a Big Lots gift cards. Cause even though I had the receipt I forgot my new pin number. Of course I recalled it as I left for the N side. Regardless. They were very nice yet professional.
Separated from hubs so life has been challenging. Big Lots cared. I am a regular there. Unfortunately I have moved back to Arlington TX. Hopefully I can come back this way when the next 5 mos are over.

Great prices, but the service is inconsistent. Why do most of your employees look like Stockholm Syndrome individuals? They not rude but just seem very jaded

Big Lots in Bedford,TX. It is stocked very well, with almost anything you are looking for. Pricing is good. They have Home Furniture, Bedding, and Outdoor Furniture. And Lots of other items. ✅ it Out.

I went on Easter so it was pretty empty, but the store was organized. The cashier was extremely helpful and signed me up for a new Big Lots loyalty card because I lost my old one.

I just started working here! Everyone come see me and sign up for amazing deals!! This store is super nice and big. The employees will go out of their way to help you and so very nice! Ive been a customer for years and decided i want to be apart of these wonderful people.

Actually the checker made the day. I was in for a return, where items were missing in the package. She was helpful, polite and quick. I wish I had gotten her name.

I normally love Big Lots. Buyer beware that prices or sales on website are not the same in the store. They will not honor website discounts or prices. I also tried the pickup and it did not work. I was told by an employee that it does not work. I emailed the company and received a coupon for 15% off my next purchase.

Corparate needs to see this and recognize if not promote this awesome man.

He was happy to answer questions, check for stock on multiple items, and even assisted me with loading my items (not a walk in the park) John was happy to do his job and go beyond. You can tell he has a love for his work and for people.

I can not praise him enough.

Great house decor,Valentine items,candy,soda,water,drinks,blankets,comforters,sheets,etc.Every 3xs shopping save $5 next trip and staff seems friendly.
