AT&T Store

The representative who helped me was named Charles. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and his product knowledge was second to none. He got right down to business and wasn't trying to sell me on anything I did not want. I would recommend anyone to come in and speak with Charles. He will take excellent care of you

Customer service was excellent. Gave a good explanation of sales and made the experience wonderful. Left with the product was looking for. Very pleasant visit. Will return in the near future.

John O. at the 275 N DuPont was great! We came in, told him what we had going on. We explained that we were trying to keep the bill low. Also, we came in with a toddler which was little chaotic. But John had great skills and helped us keep our child entertained during this short process, considering everything we did. TWO upgrades with trade-ins. Plan change. Two Samsung watches! He was super thorough and I hope everyone can have this same experience. Thank you Mr. John!

Deborah Hughes was an outstanding representative of your store. I entered the store overwhelmed with several issues and mistakes from a third-party seller. She was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and was able to instantly put me at ease, confident that she could walk me through making all corrections necessary and she did exactly that. She held my hand and coached me through the process, empowering me with knowledge, understanding, and the questions I needed to ask going forward. She was patient and generous with her time, despite the fact that I was not making any purchase from her that day. Excellent customer service, tried to order my new phone on website, but I was unsuccessful. Went to the AT&T store, 275 N Dupont Highway Dover Delaware. Immediately greeted by a wonderful representative and completed my purchase absolutely no problem!

Jessica G. was outstanding. Offered great and knowledgeable service. Stayed past her scheduled time to complete my service, very committed to customer service. With the frustrations from my previous company having a sales rep that was willing to go above and beyond was very refreshing. You guys have a new long term customer as a result of her great customer service! The people makes the difference!

The manager Laverne and Wes provided me With exceptional customer service I had encountered an issue since September and they resolved it that day. by me walking in the store for the first time that's what you call exceptional customer service!! I recommend the store because I have been here before and I have always been giving great customer service By any other agent that has helped me at any time.The representatives know the products and understand the billing and how the services work and that's what makes a difference someone needs to give that store a very high rating in customer service knowledge patience and And following through with the client. Even in this current pandemic the service is still great!!

If anyone needs to have a patient, knowledgeable, courteous employee at the Dover AT&T please ask for Wes!! He did such an outstanding job for us. We were changing from Verizon to AT&T and he was absolutely wonderful! Going from analog to an IPhone is confusing, especially for seniors and he was so helpful and respectful!!

I arrived during a busy time but was still greeted promptly. Made all the difference while waiting. Great Customer service from Aric. Also... talking to rep Michael was very pleasant. He was honest and made the process as simple as possible. Would recommend this location for all AT&T needs.

The store manager was great. I went in without an appointment so had to schedule a time. I was able to get an appt time a little more than an hour later. Knew just what I needed so went in with confidence. My name had just appeared on the board and Deborah, a very patient and knowledgeable sales person, helped me with everything. I was changing from Android to IPhone. She really explained everything clearly. Great customer service!!!!

As soon as I walked into the AT&T Store I was greeted immediately by Michael and Cannon. I informed both gentlemen that I purchased my phone from Sam's Club and I was switching from Verizon to AT&T and I needed help setting up my phone in particular transferring a voice-mail from my father.
Michael spent time with my phone and explained to me what he was doing with my phone.
Michael was so friendly. Michael answered all of my questions. At one point I even asked Cannon a few questions and of course he was very friendly as well.
These guys were very awesome!!! I highly recommend seeing Michael and Cannon!!

Charles helped me out and he was super personable & knowledgable. He definitely gave me attentive service and helped explain many different products and services available to me. He also picked out a matching apple watch for me and I was super excited about it!! Kudos to him.
