West Dover Dental

This is my first experience with West Dover dental. My 7-year-old son is on the spectrum and suffers from severe anxiety. Normally they do not allow parents to go in the room with the children because the privacy concerns and also spacing issues. However because of my son being so afraid they let me stay with him and I'd like to say that Miss Rose one of the dental hygienists was amazing dealing with my son.

First off, I just moved to the area & needed to find a new dentist. Unfortunately, I am absolutely TERRIFIED of going!!!
The ladies at the front & back desk were extremely nice & knowledgeable!
When the dentist walked in the exam room, she spent a few minutes just talking & getting to know me.
But, as soon as she put the chair back, I started shaking!! She immediately noticed & did everything possible to put me at ease!!
I of course can't say that I'll ever enjoy going to the dentist but what I can say is that I'll no longer avoid it like the plaque! LOL
Needless to say, I have found my new dentist & won't go anywhere else!!! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I was treated very well by the staff from start to finish. Dr. Redden was very attentive to my desires and very professional. The staff also made the service affordable for me, but explaining the Smile Dover program, since I’m a senior on a fixed income.

Ever time I come to West Dover Dental I literally am so happy with the results. My kids get excited coming to their Dentist appointments. They love getting their check ups and new toothbrushes. The entire staff is friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions you have which is nice because they keep an open communication with what’s going on with you or child. I recommend anyone looking for a Dental office to come here.

Our family comes to this practice. Dr.K and Rose have been great at easing anxiety we had related to dental work. Through compassionate, consistent and competent care, we have maintained better dental health.

We just changed dentist and we were very nervous about the switch…however everyone was great!!! Dr. k listened to my concerns and spent time reviewing everything with me! The dental assistant and hygienist were also very pleasant as was the front desk staff! So happy we changed over.

❤Today was the best medical professional visit, I’ve ever experienced since moving to Delaware five years ago! Every last single staff was extremely polite, incredibly helpful & knowledgeable yet sympathetic to our unique needs from the receptionist to every dental assistant, dentist & specialist down the very last check out receptor the end of the day inspite of the fact that we left after the office closed! I truly appreciate you all & thnks for reassuring us that there are still professional & courtesy medical providers in Delaware for we were truly losing hope🙏🏽

This was my first time at West Dover Dental so saw an array of personnel. Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was professional and explained everything in detail. I look forward to using them for my routine dental care.

Love this Dental office! Thorough cleaning, energetic front office staff and very knowledgeable and kind dentist. Bonus They take my insurance !

Daisy is the best. 10/10. Very professional and efficient. Daisy always leaves me with a clean smile, she deserves a raise!

We went in for a dental emergency for my 87 year old dad today. They were super accommodating. We were very grateful for their service!

West Dental is amazing. Everyone is kind and they are always so patient and great with our kids.

I am always a bit anxious when I go to any dentist. However, I was treated gently, efficiently and genially.

I've only had one visit at this office so far, but I can say that it went very well. The staff I met was SO MUCH more pleasant than where I went previously. I'm much more comfortable with the thought of them taking care of my dental needs which I have delayed as the result of how the staff at my previous dentist had treated me. I would definitely recommend them!

I have 3 children I love they can all get scheduled and seen on the same days around the same times! Also the techs are so good with our children they always feel safe amd comfortable going into the dentist office! Environment is always clean and kid friendly even thou they see adults as well.

Nice office, well staffed with smiling helpful folks and I have not had that in depth a conversation with a dentist in many years. Very helpful and answered every question.

Everyone was extremely nice . They explained with detail upon me checking out with information I was requesting. Positive atmosphere for being a new patient .
