Delaware Eye Care Center

My appointment was very quick and easy. The staff were very nice. Easy to work with. The staff and doctor were very thorough. Explained everything as they went. I’m definitely a repeat patient.

I am responding to this request hoping that at least I get a response back acknowledging my thoughts regarding my visit. I've been a patient for a few years and upon every visit I identify that the staff has nearly changed out 100%. As a patient that's disconcerting but today I met Noel and I was very impressed with her ability to work with me and perform her duties which help me feel a little more relieved that the place of business that I have invested my eye care with has attempted to invest their resources into maintaining employees that are committed to the same goal. I understand that she is closing in on a one-year anniversary being employed with your business. She is a credit and from my view having managed large businesses myself she needs to be acknowledged otherwise the perpetual revolving door of employees will continue. Dr Moyer is the only constant with Milford location of Delaware eye Care and not to suggest anything other than he is also a credit to whatever you folks are trying to accomplish. I make no idle threats but if I continue to see the pattern of the revolving door of personnel I will take my business elsewhere. I did not get a chance to thank Noel as I was leaving but I would hope you would take a moment and extend my heartfelt thank you.

I like the space it’s very nice ! Receptionist was friendly and welcoming ! Assistants were efficient and warm. Dr Moyer explained the condition of my eyes that I understood. I’ll be back in 1 month to check again. My eyes have changed and I may need to change my glass lenses. Thank you!

Dr Moyer is very thorough and friendly. He explains everything about the exam and the needed follow up. His staff is also friendly and efficient, Noel was my tech and she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
I have referred friends to this office because all my experiences have been positive.

Check-in was very easy (provided you have your ID & ins. cards), Noel clearly explained each step of the exam and Dr. Moyer was wonderful in advising me as to the results.

All the staff makes you feel as if you were family they are very understanding and can def tell the take pride in their careers from the best attitudes from the receptionist the techs are amazing doctor is always on it even with ordering they are really dedicated to making sure you are doing whatever is best for you they don't push products in you and I can't forget optical downstairs they were very welcoming and prompt all around 10/10 the one appointment in a very long time that I wasn't sitting waiting watching my clock nervous that I was gonna be late to whatever I had to do after every move was promptly one after the next very well with time management wouldn't trade my eye doctor for nothing they are nothing short of amazing KEEP UP THE TEAMWORK HARD WORK AND DEDICATION, ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS 🤗🧐👌🩷

Very nice environment. The process from check in to check out is very smooth. They’re quick but not rushy. Everyone is so nice and inviting.

Dr. Moyer and his staff are very professional and efficient. The eye exam is very thorough. If the exam uncovers an issue, Dr. Moyer will clearly explain the problem and discuss what steps need to be taken to treat the issue. Highly recommend.

Everyone from the wonderful office staff to the doctors and assistants are top notch. Their new facility is gorgeous, functional and state of the art.
