Excellent customer service. Ryan is a pleasure to work with. I wasn’t aware my tires could have caused an accident. The tires were coming apart apparently. While the car was in for service. Wow looked under the lift. When you purchase tires through MB 2 year warranty. Thank you Ryan for going the extra mile.

I was in the market for a 450 GLS for a long time in VA before I decided to expand my search out of state. I happened upon a white 450 GLS at IG Burton and called their sales department to learn about the vehicle. I was connected with Brian Sudler and he answered all the questions that I had about the vehicle. I told him that I was out of state and he did a video walkthrough of the vehicle for me. I got a good feeling working with Brian so I decided to buy the car. I have bought 3 Mercedes, 2 BMWs and a Porsche and I can say that Brian and Mike (the manager) provided the best car buying experience that I've ever experienced. Quick, easy, honest and timely. I am planning on buying my next vehicle with Brian when the time comes. I would recommend them unequivocally and without reservation.

I recently bought a new MB from here and I worked with Bill Johnston through the entire purchase process from start to finish, and Bill was amazing to say the least.  I live in the Northern VA/DC metro area where we have quite a few MB dealerships, however, it was totally worth it to me and an absolute pleasure working with Bill to buy my MB outside of my area/state.  He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, on point, and hospitable.  This is not my first car purchase, but it is my first MB and Bill was patient, super responsive to any of my questions, and he ensured that I was getting the best.  Superior service from Bill all the way - liaison to all other departments within the dealership so that I didn't have to reach out to multiple people there. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership almost a year ago. Still to this day, my salesman Brian continues to be helpful. In my many years of purchasing multiple vehicles, I have not come across such an honest and decent salesman. I do plan on purchasing another Mercedes, and when I do, I am going directly to him.

Ty made my experience so great! We were able to work out most of the details over the phone so that when I arrived, he had the car I was interested prepared and waiting to be test driven. He and the finance team worked hard to work out a deal that worked for me. The entire process took only two and a half hours! Ty has kept in contact to ensure the car is working well for me, and even made himself available at anytime to answer any questions I may have.

Top notch service in all aspects.
Replaced the spark plugs in my car and made another fix in 3 hours. I picked the car up the same day I left it at the dealership. I couldn't be more pleased.

It may be an hour away, but to me, it's worth it to bring my BMW here. Service is always thorough, and the staff is wonderful, even though I purchased my car 'over the bridge' in Towson before I moved to West OC.

Had an appointment and car was not completed for three hours after my scheduled appointment. Customer service did say it would be two hours. My order was for two tires and an alignment . Once completed I had four tires and an an alignment’. The manager and customer support quickly deducted the two other tires off bill. Service on vehicle was great and at the end I was taken care of professionally and respectfully

I received my custom built GLC300 4matic on Thursday. It was worth the wait. My SUV looks so beautiful inside out.

My experience with I.g. Burton was incredibly wonderful! I will always remember the first day I contacted I.g. Burton and spoke to one of the most nicest Sales Representative - Mr.Bill Johnston. I shared my interest in the vehicle of my choice and presented him with all requested documents. It was a smooth transition for me residing in Maryland. My husband and I drove from Cheverly, MD to Milford, DE to get the new car. As we walked toward the Mercedes Dealership to meet Mr. Johnston, he greeted us with a warm smile. My car was parked near the entrance door with a Big Red Bow. The whole experience of Customer Service was absolutely Superb! Mr. Webb, the Finance Representative ended the transactions on a Happy note! The paperwork transactions were smooth with signatures written right on his desk with a cool electronic desk gadget. I was totally impressed!

I had the opportunity to work with Marc Pashko In service, what an outstanding Professional, very kind , knew what he was talking about. I only had to purchase a key fob for my Mercedes that I did not but from Burton. That did not matter as Marc treated my like family.
