Lidl

First time going to a Lidl supermarket. I have to admit I was impressed. The place was very clean and organized. They have a good variety of items. Their bakery was nice and big as you walked in. They have a decent variety of imported cheeses. Their prices are competitive with Aldi, but the place seemed a little bigger. As with Aldi, be prepared to bring your own bag, or you will need to carry everything out by hand. The customer service at the register was good as well.

I have only been twice although I live down the highway,however,I’ve never had any problems with cashiers,products or service. The prices are reasonable,I would compare them to Aldi with better quality of everything

This was my first time shopping here. Parking was easy, the store is clean and well organized. Many great items to choose from, at competitive pricing. Employees are friendly and helpful, check out is easy. Lidl has a phone app, that can be scanned for additional savings. Overall a great shopping experience.

New, big & super clean. Went for a big deal. Overalls $19.99, traveled from Milton, De to obtain these Overalls for the husband! I'm happy, he is happy! Fact.....

Good specials,awesome bakery and nice produce departments. Prices are very reasonable. Always a must stop when I'm in Dover.

I always find what I need and then some. They have one of the best varieties in my area and the prices are just right.

One stop shopping for all your needs. When they first opened.I was able to buy some fresh croissants and 2 1/2 ft concrete drill bits to drill into my driveway. Beat that Walmart!

Lidl is one of the family of Aldi Sud and Aldi Nord owners of Trader Joe’s. What’s interesting is the philosophy is different in each of the business’s. All of the companies provide low prices without sacrificing quality! Each is unique in their own way! All are clean, bright and well laid out. The service is great though a little sparse as most employees multitask from stocking shelves, running the registers to cleaning the floors. One thing I like is have never heard an employee grumble or get upset with a customer. Some of the products are not available elsewhere and are unique to the companies. While the products are the companies store brands they are in some cases better than the name brands. The staples are much less expensive and the fresh vegetables and fruits always look and taste great. Yes, I check out businesses before I shop for ethics in how they treat their employees to their political support.

They really deliver on their low price advertising (much more than Aldi in my experience). However, the real star is their store brand. Both the rotation of specialty items and their high quality staples keep me coming back week after week.

Lidl is a great market. Low prices on all your grocery needs. You can even find beautiful seasonal plants and flowers. I got some amazing tomato plants in the Spring and a great potted Mum for the Fall! They even have a non food section with all types of great gadgets. I used to compare it to Aldi but Lidl is definitely a better bet! Also, employees are usually nice and helpful and no quarter need for carts. Enjoy.

Our first visit here. We are thrilled to have finally given it a try. We will definitely make a trip again. Unfortunately, no location close to our home, so we will have to plan a trip.

This is a great store to shop and browse. Selection sometimes can be oddly limited for ordinary items but fantastic for hard to find items. I guess that's the trade-off... Their private label items are very good quality and I especially like their baby items. Don't forget to dig through the middle for hidden gems!
