I was directed to Comfy Furniture because I needed additional bedroom pieces to match a dresser that I had previously purchased elsewhere. Andrea looked up the item numbers and informed me that the pieces I needed could not be sold individually. She took my name and number, saying that she would try to find the matching pieces from another manufacturer. Less than an hour later, she called me with good news that she found what I needed and the only difference was in the hardware (knobs/handles). She sent photos, then I went back to make the purchase and scheduled delivery for the very next day.

My husband and I are very happy with our new furniture and I'm giving 5 stars based on the excellent customer service that I received from Andrea. (I'd also like to add that the store I bought the dresser from made no effort to help. They just told me the items were discontinued.)

I had the best experience working with comfy furniture. It took us about 3 months to finally decide on a furniture set and I have to say I am please with my purchase and Andrea was extremely helpful she followed up and provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them they do have great products and works with you.

I did everything over the phone, and Andrea was super nice and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. Good customer service and a good selection to choose from. The delivery guys were nice and professional as well. I would recommend. I love my new bedroom set.

I have to say, this is one of the best hidden gems in Irving, if you're looking for excellent-quality furniture at very reasonable prices. The owner is friendly and accessible, and the store's staff was the best--they genuinely enjoyed their jobs at this store...

The positive vibes the owner and his employees gave off made all the difference in the world. I actually enjoyed this furniture shopping trip, and left the store MORE than pleased (despite arriving stressed-out about the tiny budget I had to work with)!

If you go, you will be glad you checked them out...the employees are good folks, the furniture is crafted well, and the atmosphere will put you at ease. These guys get the "5," hands down!

We went to comfy furniture for the first time this weekend and it is much better than i had in mind. great selection, whether in store or by catalog. the fact that it is family owned gives a really nice feel to the place, very friendly staff.
even though i paid cash, they still offered financing options and didnt ask about my credit status.
same day delivery was great and they were very professionals with reasonable rates.
I will definitely go back. AWESOME!

Weren't expecting much from the look of the store, however this is the best furniture place my husband & I have ever been to! The woman that helped us was incredibly helpful when it came to picking furniture that matched the 'look' we were going for, and she made fantastic suggestions. We were very well attended to, and the pricing is amazing here. I highly recommend this place!

I purchased a new house and needed new furniture. I was some what on a budget due to a large down payment towards the house. I went in expecting a pushy sales person etc... but that wasn't the case. Sales person was very friendly and assisted me with my questions. I think the persons name was Joseph? I went in thinking I was going to buy just a bedroom set for the time being due to financial issues. The sales person told me about there finance department and I can take anything I want from the store. I ended up that day purchasing a new mattress, 1 bedroom set, 2 living room sets, and a dining table for a STEAL. Eat your heart out Rooms 2 Go. The prices were unbelievable, almost to good to be true. To top that off, I didn't pay much up front. Items were delivered to me by 2 young men that carried the items into my house and set it up for me. They were really great to deal with. They were very friendly and professional, they called me as soon as my furniture arrived to the store. They asked "what was a good time for the items to be delivered" and "if I had any special instructions"? Items were delivered at the time promised by the sales rep. I cannot be any happier to deal with people from Comfy Furniture. I wish all my future purchasing experience are like this one.

The sales staff were very nice, not pushy at all. The furniture looked nice and classy, it looked great. The quality was not too expensive with faux marble tops and dark wood finish covered pressed wood on a lot of things. Couches were very very comfortable. Great place.

Been a while since I actually bought my entertainment center. The entire process was awesome. Good customer service. Very helpful while trying to figure out the piece I wanted and the delivery was quick and professional. Will definitely buy from them again

The staff at Comfy Furniture were very kind and professional. The moment I walked in I was greeted and they offered me a complimentary soda/water. I told them me and my wife were trying to furnish our new home. They helped me find exactly what I pictured in my head, and we were able to furnish our house at a very affordable price. What a great find! Comfy furniture you are a hidden jewel! We were greated upon entry to the store. The young man offered his help then gave us appropriate space when we wanted to look around. They were readily available when we requested help. Great customer service, competitive prices......... this is where I will start when I'm looking for my next furniture purchase .
