K&G Fashion Superstore

Helpful customer service and a wide array of clothing options at big discounts. They have tailoring on-site. Hubby bought two suits, a jacket and some socks. Success!

We had the pleasure of visiting K&G Fashion Superstore with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. Upon driving up to the building we noticed at least 3 handicapped parking spaces right in front of the store. Once inside the store we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. We had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Robert an employee in the suits department. Mr. Robert was very professional and courteous. Mr. Robert is also bilingual as he is fluent in English and Spanish. He also called other stores and spoke with employees there in an effort to help us get the items we wanted. Mr. Robert provided us exceptional customer service.

K&G is my good to place for men suits and dress shoes. I love how the sales people ate c always willing to help you put and outfit together. Ms. Rose, Ms. Smurf just amazing!

Ms.Rose was fantastic. She gave Keenan and I excellent customer service, answered all of our questions while being polite and making us comfortable with the decision about what to wear to my cousins wedding. Thank you!!!!

We just love this store. The tailor there is awesome, & love the shoe section. Found this boots separate pair buy one, 50% off second one, awesome buy (worn like this for pic purposes)

I’m a store manager for a big box retailer, I came here for a suit as a referral from a colleague, I was very impressed throughout my experience. I was greeted upon my arrival, and any questions I had were answered to the fullest, I could tell a manager was helping with checking customers out, she went out of her way to coach and capture a teachable moment with a associate who failed to have me text win to the store. Keep up the good work.

I love K & G Fashions, the styles the prices are great but the tailor at the Irving store is not a professional. I took him a pair of suit pants and asked him to take the waist in. He took the measurements and charged me $14. He never explained to me that I had to explain to him that I wanted the belt loop sewn like the other belt loops. I'm not a tailor and I just assumed that he was going to do the best job that he could. When I went to pick up the pants I was shocked to see what is in the picture I have enclosed. Then he had the nerve to try to turn it around and make it my fault because I wasn't specific about what I wanted and he would have charged me more. Again I explained, I am not a tailor I just assumed that he was going to do a professional job which he didn't. He asked me if I wanted a refund? Of course I asked for a refund and then went on to tell me that once they give me a refund I can never take my pants back to that K&G Fashions. As if I would ever take my pants back to that K&G to have them fixed. And on top of everything the pants are gray and he chose black thread to fix the belt loop. The least he could have done was try to match the thread with the pants. Shoddy workmanship. If he would have explained to me my options when I left the pants I definitely would have paid more money to have them done right.

So I'm adding an amend to this review. After talking to Tracy, the store manager, she made the situation right and made me whole. Definitely she gave me and my wife five star customer service although I will NEVER go in there to use the tailor, Flavio but I will continue to shop there because of The Store Manager Tracy and The Fashion Stylist Robert Wilson.

Great clothes and shoes and can't beat these prices! Our associate Robert was amazing... very knowledgeable and assisted us the entire time we were there! Thank you!

Went in today to look for wedding tuxes, expectations were low at first. I wanted to get measurements and spoke to Diego and he was more than helpful! He was very attentive and polite did not feel like he was trying to shove a suit down my throat. The selection is extensive and includes from budget items to name brand. Definitely would recommend for any one on a budget. Also KG should Diego a raise awesome service!

Huge clothing selections. Neat and organized. Perfect place for business casual clothing. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Lucas was extremely helpful! He really knows his stuff. We walked in with just pants and shoes and Lucas put together an entire homecoming outfit. My son actually liked it and he’s always very unimpressed. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Love shopping for my hubby here, the prices and selection of clothes are always on point.

Always a good place to grab some accessories or suits for that special man in your life. I’ve bought more suits for men here than anything else though. But i love the variety of items they have for men. So i don’t have to buy anyone the same old blue or black tie each year! lol

Staff were awesome, especially Mr. John, who searched high and low for the suit that the Arlington store said they had. It was a waste of my time to drive from the Duncanville store to Irving, now back to Plano. Well, at least its allegedly on hold now. Thank you Mr. John for a pleasant experience. Nice clean, organized store. You are 1st class and I appreciate all you did to assist me😊
Ms. Kimberly was also wonderful. Told me to check my email for a COUPON. There it was. Didnt get that in Duncanville after I made another purchase. Only that I used my COUPON on my phone already. Ms. Kimberly, She's the greatest! Ty😃

Love K & G, but would y'all mind opening at 10 on Sundays? I don't go to church like I used to & I thought for certain I had a white long sleeve, cuff link shirt here--not! Boi, I could run over there, grab a shirt & head on to church, just put it on, on my way! LOL

Always enjoy visiting this store location. My husband has been shopping here for about 13 years now. He always usually find what he is looking for at a great deal.

We love K&G, they have great clothing & shoes for men and women, with many accessories choices, including hats for men & lots of purses and jewelry. Great place for an affordable well dressed look for work & church.
