Sometimes a new phone really does have problems and it's not necessarily the user. I went to the Verizon store on Williams Drive and was fortunate that these 2 guys take their jobs seriously, and do them very well. They stayed late at the store more than hour after closing time and didn't just offer pizza, they ordered it! Jonathon Campos (an American success story) and Christian Skill (who kinda reminds me of Tom Cruise) are aces in my book! BTW, phone and owner are doing well.

Isaiah is very friendly and extremely trustworthy in your needs for your phone service. I am not from the area and was just in the store passing through on my way back to Dallas. I wasn’t able to get my phone that day however Isaiah did everything he could to make it right for me. I went to another location near my home and was not impressed with the service I received and I didn’t feel comfortable. I had to go back through Georgetown and I decided to just stop back by again. I was taken care of as if I was an old friend and even though this store is two hours away, my quality of care was worth the drive. I appreciate all of your help and for being honest.

Absolutely the best Verizon store ever. Their team will help you even when the customer service people are are unable. I will only use them.

Everyone at this store is super helpful! Joshua helped my family update our plan last night. He was so helpful and has great customer service skills. We came in as customers and left feeling like family. Make sure you go to this store if you need to go into Verizon!!!

Friendly and helpful. They helped me get my dad’s phone working again when the SIM card went bad.

I just have to say that I have always had excellent service at the Verizon store on Williams drive, Georgetown . Today, your employee JOSHUA GAGE(Store Manager) was so helpful with getting my Gismo watch upgraded, finding me the best deal, helping me to set it up as well. He went way above and beyond and managed to help several other customers without neglecting me one bit!! Joshua should be applauded for his great customer service

Josh Gage at the Georgetown store was above reproach. He helped me get a warranty issue handled on my new phone. I was referred out to the third party insurance company that handles Verizon's claims. When I didn't get the help I needed, he took it upon himself to call them deal with that companies customer service, have the call escalated up and up until the issue was resolved. I would estimate that this took about 2 hrs.
He was just awesome to help me when he didn't have to.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon, prepared to spend several hours to purchase a new plan and device. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and hour within about 30 minutes, with a fully-functioning cell phone, a custom plan, and quick service! I’m in sales/customer service myself, and was very impressed with this store. Cheers to the management!

Went there on a Saturday and was very surprised to have no wait. A sales rep named Dro Yanez helped us quickly. He could not have been nicer, kinder or more courteous. He had one of the team help him with my Apple Watch which took quite a while. We also bought an iPad and he was very thorough. Gave us his cell phone number and told us to call him at any time with questions. Best experience ever

Josh and Alexis are awesome! Josh helped me with insurance info to get my phone replaced. Alexis cleaned my old phone of my information to send it back through the glitching screen that you couldn't see. Definitely the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. I will use this store from now on even there are 4 closer to my home. I recommend this one! Great service all around! Thanks Josh and Alexis!

My phone died just hours before my evening Flight Ground School class so I sprinted to this Verizon location.

As soon as I walked in, I informed the owner that I had just 40 mins to swap to a new phone.

He was able to swap me to a new phone and he saved me some money all within 18 minutes.

I made it to Ground School with time to spare!

I had to get a new phone. After I got the phone, I took it in to get it set up. Dro Yanez was so very nice and helpful. He was very patient and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. He also paired my phone to my truck. He us an excellent employee.

I am not comfortable with technology. In fact, it’s a pretty stressful experience for me. However, Jesse, went WAY over and beyond with helping reset things that I had forgotten, Recommended cases to fit my new phone, answered questions without showing or being frustrated, and even went as far as writing things down - so I wouldn’t forget what we had done. I have NEVER experienced such kindness and understanding with my internal anxiety that comes with devices. It was truly heartfelt that he understood ADHD personalities like mine & never once made me feel ashamed for not knowing how to do certain things, or forgetting my old passwords. If you ever want a no pressure approach & want someone who truly knows the word “help” … Find Jesse … This company is fortunate to have him around.

When I walked into this store, I was NOT happy...but boy did that change quickly! My anger was met with nothing but kindness from a nice gentleman named Song. He was able to very quickly resolve my issues with paying my bill as well as make me feel very important and that my frustrations would be handled. Most certainly will return to this location in specific/refer anyone I know to them. Thanks!

I came in to the store because of an issue related to an insurance claim through Asurion, and I ended up leaving in a great mood with the perfect phone for me. Josh, the manager, greeted me with a smile and a great attitude just seconds after the store opened at 9am. Although my Asurion issue would still have to be taken up with Asurion, Josh helped me by finding an amazing deal on a new phone that perfectly suited my needs. Josh went above and beyond in his effort to help me out, and I greatly appreciate it. I highly recommend this establishment, the service is too notch.

Wonderful experience!! Business account was very messed up but , Kaedi Villarreal was so patient, Helpful, and easy to get along with. She helped me fix everything and was so nice about it all. She will be who we deal with from now on. Thank you Kaedi

I stopped for help in explaining a new plan. Luis was very helpful and thorough to be sure I understood. He also showed me new phones, and came in on his day off to work with me to set up new phones for me and my husband. He was wonderful! He showed me how they work, got our info transferred over, etc. Great experience!

Coco was great! She let us know which promotion would work best for my family to upgrade. It was a quick and easy process. I think we went in during her lunch break but she didn't rush or give us anything less than great customer service. Thank you so much for your help! 🤗

Best sales rep ever that was honest and helpful...talk to Chris Gamez!! I had visited other Verizon stores in Georgetown...not impressed. I ordered the newest iPhone and iPad (my first experience with Apple, always used Android devices before). Joshua Gage also good. 3304 Williams Dr. Store.
