Sparger Park

Cute little park with playground, the ground the playground is built on is a rubber texture good for keeping those little knees safe from scrapes and an adorable nature walk. A big field for the kids to play in. And a couple of covered seating spots.

Nearly a perfect park. 2 nice restrooms. Benches. Small oval. But 2 offshoot trails into the neighborhood. Very big houses. Not marked as private. Just says to be respectful.

They have renovated the long walking trail around Tara and it's very nice.

Great place to bring your dog or yourself to walk!

There's never anyone here in the summer because it's hotter than...
It's a tally nice park for pets and kids. Highly recommend.

Extremely beautiful park, but a bit small for my taste. In my opinion, the trail was the best part.

Smaller park with a lot of variety. Long walking trail with a large open space between the concrete.

Picnic pavilion and public restrooms are also available.

The playground has been very loved on but is by now means run down. The equipment entertains a variety of ages while not being too spread out.

Nice little park within Colleyville. Great paved track around the park, clean bathrooms and plenty of green space to play and bring your dogs.

Clean, family and pet friendly park. Perfect for all ages! My toddler and 10 yr old have so much fun. There's a clean covered eating area as well.

Sparger is a great park for people of all ages and interests. There's a well-maintained cement walking path lined with all species of trees and it follows a creek. Great for birding. I've even seen a fox there. A playground for children and a clean restroom. Parking lots at the N and S ends.

A wonderful park close to home. Well manicured, safe and a fun place to take kids.

Great Park lot of equipment to play on the kids good trails to hike it's not your ordinaries come back in the middle of a neighborhood but it's the trails pretty long and you're able to get a good workout so I definitely recommend this place

The sidewalk that extends through the greenbelt and out to Cheek Sparger rd is a 2 mile loop. The whole thing is paved and I've never had to worry about puddles too large to get around.

The playground is above average because the ground cover underneath the playset is a soft squishy material that feels great to walk on and will absorb a lot of energy if one were to fall.

The public bathrooms are exactly what you would expect.

And the covered picnic table area doesn't leave much to be desired.

The park has a nice small playground and a large field area with soccer goals. There is a paved walking path around the park that connects to a dirt walking trail around a neighborhood but still has the feel of being in nature. It's a very shaded path.

Sparger Park has a sort of rustic charm to it. I went there this past Sunday and it was so sunny and a nice breeze with people walking around the park, kids on the swings and others picnicking as I read my books and did my Sudoku; It's one of my secret getaway spots

Very nice atmosphere. Beautiful park!! I love the walking trail and the big trees . The play ground is awesome. My granddaughter enjoyed it.

Clean and safe. Nice playground for children, walking path, and POW memorial. Nice place sit while the birds sing and the squirrels running around.

Went there to bird. There's one way down the walking path and the same way back do you can't get lost! Beautiful trees, wild flowers and an "obstacle tree" across the path which will soon be cleared. The park has a restroom, 2 parking lots, drin king fountain.

Really nice but small park in colleyville, access via hike/bike trail around Tara plantation is great for no-street access. Jungle gym is new and interesting. Kids love it.

Nice trails and pleasant environment for walking, riding, soccer or any outdoor activity. There are trash cans with doggie poop bags for your convenience if you bring your dog.
