I went there to get a duplicate key made for my father's car. They were able to order the right key, get it cut properly and program properly in short order. I would highly recommend them for your automotive or any other kind of key needs. They also have one of the best equipped barbecue shops in town.

Very impressed with the staff and management. I placed an online order for pickup and I got a call directly from management that what I ordered was not actually in stock. Not only did they make it right, but gave me a replacement to make up for it. Awesome! Loved ace before and love it even more now. Good people and honest!

They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection of bbq accessories and charcoal as well as seasonings. This is my go-to for B&B charcoal, and if sign up for rewards, they send you some free rewards $'s to use as well.

The store is greatly organized, cleaned even though certain furnitures inside is rusty. Had great shopping experience with knowledgeable staff members helping me to find items from my online search.

I’ve shopped at all the ACE stores in the area. They’re always friendly and knowledgeable because they don’t have a bunch of teenagers running the store. Westlake ACE in particular has exceptional customer service, Jim, Jerry, etc. everyone here is ready to assist, and they almost always have what I need. I’d rather shop here than the big box store cuz I like supporting small business. Their appreciate of customer-traffic shows in their customer service.

I have lived near this Ace for 7 yrs now. I have always gone to the big box hardware stores. I recently had to go in for something I had searched for online and no one had it in stock, special order only. Ace had it in stock. I am doing a bathroom remodel. I needed a new exhaust fan but I don't have attic access. Ace had the parts IN STOCK to rebuilt the one already in Mt bathroom that is 35 yrs old!!! New motor and fan. The big box stores you have to special order!

Next level customer service. We ordered paint online for store pickup. Husband didn't make sure it was the right stuff before bringing it home. Everything was right except it was the wrong finish. I called to see if the store might deliver the exchange so that we didn't have to drive back since it was over the minimum delivery charge. Steve in the paint department was so awesome about correcting it. I could not believe he was at my house in 40 minutes with the replacement. Absolutely amazing. Thank you, Steve!

Not only did the staff member treat me as if I was his own personal project, like a personal shopper, one of the customers in the row also had some suggestions for me. :-) Which means this store is attracting good customers. :-)
