My family has bought several cars from this dealer over the past several years. All have been quality vehicles. The dealer is honest and helpful, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. I currently own a Subaru Outback purchased from this dealer; the car is in great shape mechanically and drives smoothly. 5/5 for the dealer.

I bought a Chrysler Sebring convertible here in 2008 and loved it! Grapevine Motors was excellent! Tim Miller, the owner, is one of the most trustworthy individuals I have ever known. He doesn't bring in junk on the lot... he's very discriminating when purchasing inventory! You can have complete confidence in purchasing a vehicle here. If I still lived in Texas, I'd most certainly go back!

I worked with Blair from Grapevine Motors who was excellent. Upon first arriving at the shop, I didn't really expect much aside from a run-around, but Blair knew exactly what I was looking for and it was obvious from the get go that he wasn't trying to swindle anybody. Everyone was extremely friendly and they even offered to take my trade-in at slightly over CarMax value (which is exactly what I needed). They do not finance themselves, but are willing to walk first-time buyers through the process and to recommend some places to finance if you have no connections. All in all I am extremely pleased with my experience at Grapevine Motors and will absolutely be going there to shop for my next car purchase.

I bought a great condition 2006 Honda Civic with cash for a VERY reasonable price here! Both Tim (Owner) and Stacey (Finance Manager) were friendly and knowledgeable + I was taught how to drive a manual (first time driving stick!). we bought a dodge 2500 series truck and it was an awesome deal. we drove over 2 hours to get to this dealership, and they were so great to have the truck ready for us even tho they had a lot of calls on this popular model which they held it for us, till we got there. Stacy and Zac were fantastic to us, and we would buy from them again.

Over the years my family has purchased at least three different vehicles from Grapevine Motors and we have been highly satisfied with each one. I recently purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima with the help of Blair. The car is in great shape. It does have some minor cosmetic damage, but because of this the car was sold to me at a huge discount which more than makes up for it.

Here's where the above-and-beyond customer service comes in: Around the time my plates came in, the Altima's A/C had failed. I brought the car in and Blair and Tim identified the problem, ordered in a new part, and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE. That's the beauty of a small business. Thanks, guys!

I have purchased 2 cars from Grapevine Motors. First was a 2002 BMW 535i, second was a 02 Mustang Convertible for my daughter. Tim and Blake were amazing with the purchases and with the BMW we had immediate problems with an o2 sensor. They fixed it for me immediately and promised that if anything else went wrong they would take care of it. Blake shoots straight with you and for the price you can not beat them. People need to remember, these are used cars and not new. Its a buyer as is world, and they do way above and beyond what they are required to do. I would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone. Grapevine Motors deserves nothing buy 5 stars!

I bought a car for my daughter from Grapevine motors last February as I had bought an Isuzu rodeo years before that lasted over 5 years with little issues...and was a 4K car. This car i have not been as lucky with, lots of issues, but a 17 year old is driving it so lord knows what damage is self inflicted. They have always been willing to fix issues and even replaced the starter for free when it went out shortly after purchase; which they didn’t have to do.

What I really want to point out is that we had a family crisis that took a heavy toll on us financially. As a single mother that is significant when it’s only you. I financed almost 2k with GM and when I started becoming late on payments Tim went above and beyond and worked with me more than I would have ever expected. I would definitely recommend.

Ruben is amazing and so is the whole staff !! This dealership made the purchase of my new vehicle so incredibly easy !! I was able to get exactly what I wanted for a low down payment that didn’t break my budget. Ruben has me approved the same day for the loan and I was able to bring my truck home !! I got nothing but good to say about Grapevine Motors the best experience in buying a car been to a lot of places in the past with ok service, Tim and his crew are some of the best people you can deal with very down to earth. I can't say enough good things about our experience here! We were having dinner at the restaurant next door; as we do occasionally and noticed a jeep on the lot we wanted to know more about. My husband emailed for more information and got an immediate reply. We also looked at the reviews online and decided to go check it out.

There we met Tim! Again, can't say enough good things! When we took it out for a test drive we noticed the A/C wasn't really cold. We told Tim and he took immediate action. Not only does he buy and sell but he's also a mechanic! He fixed the air and told us he would stand behind his repair in the event it had any future issues. We decided to make the purchase!

Since our purchase we have both sold him a vehicle and he provided mechanical assistance on another car we have, FREE OF CHARGE! I mean, who does that? TIM DOES!
