Tortilla Factory - A Mexican Kitchen

We came in a big group without a reservation, but it was not a problem as it was week night. The restaurant was large and offered a lot of room for big groups.

All of us enjoyed the food. Everyone also got drunk and liked their drink. We had two huge mango frozen drink.

The menu was big enough for everyone to find what they like. Highly recommend to try their Texas Taco Salad. The crispy bowl filled with flavorful meat, cheese, and fresh ingredients.

I had the pineapple carnitas tacos. That pork was so good, they could have just brought me a plate of that and I would've eaten every bite.

Update due to another great meal. Food was good and service was too.

We had a great time! There was 20 in our group and it didn't take them very long to push tables together to accommodate our group. The waiters made sure we were happy with our food. Would totally recommend eating here!

The Tortilla Factory was an absolutely fabulous Mexican cuisine experience. The service was excellent, very polite and courteous. The salsa tasted fresh and the chips were crunchy and satisfying. I ordered the Burrito Jimador and it was fantastic! I would recommend this outstanding food to anyone!

Delicious food! We stopped in while driving through the area and had a nice lunch. The burrito bowl was awesome, lots of chicken, and the bottom was all rice and beans (you can't see in the photo). Very filling. My guy got the enchilada lunch special and was satisfied by the portion.

We noticed that most people were leaving with to go containers and we chose appropriately because we didn't want to takeaway food and have it in the hot car. If you want leftovers, you will get them with most choices, except the lunch specials with smaller portion.

I have been coming here for years and love this place! From wonderful food and tasty margaritas this is the place to go! The staff is so friendly and the store is managed by Carlos who is amazing! Highly recommend!

First timers, and it was delicious! Enrique was our great and very friendly server. We started with the table side guacamole (yum!) My husband had the Little Bit of Everything combo and I had the Molcajete Primavera (all vegetables). SO MUCH FOOD and at a great price!!! We brought our leftovers back to our hotel for breakfast the next day.

The BEST Mexican food in the state. Nothing better. Awesome menu, awesome staff, beautiful interior.

We had the best waiter. Our grandson spilt milk on himself and all over everything and it waiter went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I give him 5 stars!!!!!

This is one of my favorite restaurants ever! The store manager Carlos is amazing and takes time to say hi and check on his guests. Jorge is amazing at sending out the best Margaritas and the rest of the staff is great as well! The food quality is wonderful! Definitely go here for some tasty Mexican food!

They were really good... they allowed me to bring in a gift and balloon bouquet for my daughter's bday and they brought it out to her and sang to her.... really appreciated them.. we have a good time every time we dine in there...

Pleasantly surprised by the tex-mex food quality in this area. The staff was excellent and were very attentive. Took my daughter for her birthday and they were more than willing to sing to her and did a wonderful job. The portions were HUGE. I ordered a "cup" of the chicken tortilla soup and when they brought me a big bowl I reminded the waiter that I'd ordered only a cup. To which he replied "oh yes, that is the cup, the bowl is much much bigger". Haha. It was the best tortilla soup I've had even compared to those I had in my 12 years living in Texas. We will definitely be back when return to Huntington for a visit.
