Ashley Store

My husband and I had a great experience with our local Ashley Furniture Store!! We were welcomed in the store, asked a few key questions, and then asked if we needed assistance to find what we wanted or would like to look on our own. We chose the latter. We found the perfect sofa for us. We were contacted for a delivery schedule. The date was set. Last Friday (this is Monday), we received a call and text confirming the delivery window. About 20 minutes ago, I got a text with a 10 minute window and within 5 minutes they were here. It was just delivered about 10 minutes ago. That was also a great experience. The guys didn’t complain when I asked them to take off their shoes (we just had the carpets cleaned Thursday), they simply brought it in, set it up, and even took out their own trash. I LOVE IT!!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Marcus Coney greeted me the minute I entered the store, he wanted to help me but I just wanted to browse and he respected that and left me alone. When I wanted to ask him some questions he was right there, this is very important to me because I like to concentrate and be able to think about my home space. Marcus was the most polite salesman I have ever encountered. The one thing I can say is you better not lose him or you’ll definitely see a difference, courtesy is way under appreciated yet everyone expects it! He met my husband the next day and was just as courteous to him. We are 70 and 71 years old and he renewed our faith in young people!

My husband, two children and I went into Ashley to look for bedroom and kitchen furniture. We were greeted immediately and Mia Bragg was our sales associate. She was polite and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the stores inventory and the different styles of furniture. I went in knowing nothing and came out very happy with our purchase. She wasn't pushy and really just wanted us to be happy with our selections. I am very happy with our shopping experience due to Mia's patience and genuineness. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend this store!

Mia Bragg was very helpful in helping me pick out furniture for my mother's living room. Understanding that the first idea got changed somewhat but finally ordered the pieces.

My husband and I went to find a mattress that would help with our back pain. Mia Bragg was wonderful and helped us accomplish that. She was very caring, knowledgeable and also reminded us of a very good friend of ours so it was a blessing that we had her. Thank you Mia!!! The delivery men were excellent. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture!!! Tim was amazing in helping my mom find a mattress that she needed for her comfort at her age!!! Tim also helped me find night stands that I needed to match my bedroom suite! I wish I could rate Tim at a 10 star if I could! He checked on me and my mom to see if we were pleased with the delivery!!! 5 star!!! Very please!!!

I’ve been in the market for a mattress for quite some time. My search led me to my local Ashley store, after I had been to several other stores in the area. My salesperson, Tawanna was my saving grace. She used a sleep diagnostic machine that told her exactly what type of mattress that would help me get a great nights sleep. She was so helpful and kind, and so was everyone else! I was able to get the mattress I’ve always needed, at the best price in the area hands down. I would definitely recommend Tawanna and the helpful folks at Ashley for your mattress needs!

My husband and I shopped for a new sofa and recliners on Saturday. Mia Bragg was wonderful. She was very helpful and worked with us to find the exact items we wanted. She even picked up end tables and carried them across the store to let us see them side by side with the upholstered items. Mia also found us the best prices available on each item.

Sales experience. A very timely delivery date. Actually called on our way home from purchasing. Reminder call of delivery two days before. Text saying arriving in 15 min. Delivery men super kind. Quick. And even a nice handshake. Thanks for great teamwork. Appreciated.

We bought the Larce Four piece sectional from Miss Rachel. She was an amazing and wonderful sales rep who took the time even after hours to assist us in securing our perfect sectional! We cannot thank the entire team in Bourbersville enough for their assist and commitment to excellence!!

I came into Ashley to look at a bedroom suite and possibly some couches. As usual, I was approached by a sales staff to see if I needed help. Like most people just browsing, I responded that I was just looking. Mia (Bragg) asked what I was looking for, and took me to look at several bedroom suites. She asked what I liked about the ones I was meh to, and what I disliked. After four sets, she took me to look at my eventual purchase, and it fit perfectly as to what I wanted. She was the perfect mix of listening to what I actually wanted, and took me to exactly what I was looking for before I even knew what it was. She made the ordering process simple, and had the perfect mix of humor and seriousness that made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend asking for her!

I visited Ashley today in hopes to finding a new couch I had found online. I was greeted by Tawanna at the entrance whom made the process absolutely fabulous. I showed her the picture online and she took me straight to it. After deciding I wanted to purchase the couch she discussed deals, warranties, and how to apply for credit. Tawanna was extremely helpful and friendly! If you are in search of new furniture I would recommend going to Ashley and shopping with Tawanna!

Stopped by looking for a conference table for our office, we were quickly greeted by Mia Bragg and she took excellent care of us. We left with 3 conference tables! What a great experience, I would highly recommend asking for Mia if you stop by.

Mia Bragg with the Barboursville, WV Ashley Furniture store was so helpful! We had some specific parameters for our new living room suite and love the set we purchased! She was very patient and open to exploring different options/set ups. Definitely recommend and will return for other future furniture needs!
