If you’re looking for a place to go, look no further!!!!!! ActiJoint is full of professionals who clearly love their jobs and know what they are talking about!!! Customer service was so so great, and they were able to get me in very quickly for a last minute appointment prior to a marathon I’m running! :) I also felt the care for the patients and the attentiveness was greatly appreciated :)

This is how all doctors' offices should be run. You are greeted with a friendly smile. You are helped right away. I wonder if they are sitting in the back with a timer to make sure they don't start helping you too soon, otherwise, you may think that they don't have enough work.
Everything they do is explained to me including the research behind it.
My left knee would go out 1-2 times per year. I would give it a few days to heal and I'm back up and running. The last time it went out it was for weeks. That is when I gave them a call. 3 hyaluronic acid shots and PRP back in December 2022 and my knee hasn't gone out once. I just started another round in January 2023 just for maintenance. I plan to do this once per year going forward. I couldn't be more pleased!

I've been searching for the best place to go for my knee issues. ActiJoint is the real deal: professional, respectful, helpful, they do what they say, and there's non of the nonsense I've experienced elsewhere. Two thumbs up!

I absolutely love ActiJoint and the people who work there! They took such care in my treatment and didn't make me feel rushed. Very friendly, I would recommend them to anyone experiencing joint pain.

I had “scopes“ on both of my knees, due to tears in both meniscus. I am an avid runner and do a lot of other activities and was having pain and swelling, etc. My surgeons office notified me that my insurance would not cover some post surgical treatments, like hyaluronic injections, and that they were booked out over a month at the time. I needed treatment immediately. I found this office online and started reading reviews, etc. that is when I decided to try them out.
I cannot say enough good things about them. I was in bad shape when I first went in for treatments.
I noticed my knees started feeling better after my third hyaluronic acid injection. I was able to train and finish the Boston marathon this year. I am 100% confident that the injections made this possible. The doctor that help me is so enthusiastic about what he does and explains things very well. My experience has been great and I am continuing my treatments. The doctor knows that I pay out-of-pocket and gave me a sample of the hyaluronic acid on my last visit and only charged me a few hundred as opposed to $1100.

My wife and I were treated for years by Dr. Riggs and staff. He saved our knees. We still have not needed any Knee Surgery and still have NO PAIN!!

First time patient and it was an awesome and easy experience! Was quickly checked in, MA was awesome, and Devon the provider was super straight forward and quick to address issue. No body loves hearing that they’re injured but Devon was awesome at explaining the problem and presenting several options as far as solutions moving forward. Ultrasound technology made it very easy to get down to the root of the issue quickly as well. 10/10 experience

Go here if you have any type of joint pain. Devan is great! He helped me with my foot pain and gave me great references of what to do if what he did in office did not ultimately help my foot pain issue. I have also been seeing him for my knee injection for years. Great and friendly staff. Clean and spacious office.

Devon was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were the most affordable option I found for Cortisone. I’m hoping it takes care of the issue. If not, I may go back for PRP

Actijoint has been such a blessing for me and my shoulder issues. Everyone is kind and friendly. I am treated with such care and given all the information needed to make the right decisions in my treatment plan. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. (Update) just saw them again and one of the things that stands out is that they always recommend whats best for me and not necessarily what makes them more money. They are family to me and after what I have gone through before with sub standard medical care, I trust them 150%.

Always a great experience! Helps prevent and slow progression of knee arthritis. A possible alternative to knee surgery.

I found them fully professional and friendly. Went in for a consultation and found that the explanation of benefits and procedure so clear I decided to proceed immediately. I am nervous of needles but found the chilled air and the use of a sonic imaging made the shot very easy with minimal discomfort. I am still early enough in the procedure that I have not detected a change in my knees yet but one of them was already bone on bone.

I showed up early and they were able to get me back Devin was so quick and he was so nice and Sadie was so nice and I love it here and Cheryl was good too but I'm expecting big things with my knees

Dr Riggs and his staff are exceptional people they really care and are concerned about my health and treating the OA in my knees! It is refreshing to associate with people in the health profession who genuinely will listen and answer my questions. They are kind, easy to approach, gentle people. You can not go wrong by getting a consultation and following a treatment plan. I am very glad that I have!!

Dr. Ryan Riggs is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He diagnosed my issues and had a treatment plan on the first visit. He spent time in the appointment to make sure he throughly evaluated all the issues involved with my hips and made sure I understood all my treatment options and the prognosis.

The ActiJoint staff have been fabulous to help and work with me. They are very caring and even sent me a card and flowers when my wife died of cancer. The knee injections are almost totally pain free and are helping me avoid ever having to have knee replacement surgery.

Finding the ActiJoint Institute was a such a life savor for my knees! I've been working with them for the last 5 years and their treatments are improving my arthritis. Doctor Riggs and the rest of the staff are great and friendly to work with. You can tell that they love what they do and are passionate about helping their patients. If you have knee pain, go and see them!

As always my visit to ActiJoint for knee injections on March 17 went smoothly. They are always prompt in greeting and checking me in, and everyone is friendly and efficient. Devan always makes sure I'm comfortable and puts me at ease during the procedure. I know I'll be in and out quickly.

I am very happy with Acti-joint. 6 years ago I was told I needed total replacement of both knees by my orthopedic surgeon. Through a combination of stem cell therapy, weight loss, and physical therapy I have been able to live free of pain the last 6 years and delay my knee replacements. Kudos to Acti-joint for the great care.
