How can I even begin to express my gratitude for this company? I had a dream to wear the dress my mom wore to marry my dad in 1980, which was her grandmother’s graduation dress from around the year 1914! About 110 years old!

My mom danced so hard at her wedding all the buttons ripped and it had also accumulated a large stain and general discoloring over the years. It is such a special dress with such intricate and delicate crocheting (some of which was done by hand by my grandmother before my mom’s wedding), we weren’t sure the fabric would make it through a cleaning attempt. Looking online I wasn’t sure if anyone would even touch it since it was so old. We brought it in to Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners and crossed our fingers.

We were absolutely AMAZED with the results. The dress looked PERFECT. The color was revived to its original beauty, all stains were gone, and they repaired the back buttons perfectly. And they lasted all night through MY crazy dancing! I seriously cannot begin to say how much this meant to my mom and I. It was so special to get to wear the dress that my mom wore when she married my dad.

I am beyond happy with how my dress turned out! It looks absolutely gorgeous!! The process was so effortless with them picking up and dropping off your dress. Steve is so nice and easy to work with. I loved that they sent pictures after the dress was cleaned up. I highly recommend.

If you’re in Chicago and surrounding areas, I cannot recommend Chicago Wedding Dress cleaners enough! Not only did my dress come back looking brand new (and we got married on the beach so my dress had seen better days), but it was also reasonably priced and so timely. I didn’t even know where to start but Steve was so helpful and explained their cleaning process, which I really appreciated. They take photos and share before they even box anything up, and offer pick up/delivery which is huge. The whole process seamless and worry-free for me!

I reached out to Steve about a month after my wedding had passed. I was worried that it had been too long since my wedding passed to preserve the dress, but Steve assured me they would do a wonderful job. And they did!! The dress is stunning and back to its original condition, if not better!! I couldn’t be more grateful.

I had two wedding dresses cleaned here and the results were perfect. Chicago wedding dress cleaners provided pick up and drop off service. Steve was great at staying in communication and provided updates and pictures of the dresses. We also really liked the boxes the gowns were preserved in. When I got married I promised myself that I wouldn't let me dirty wedding dress sit in the back of my closet for years. A week or so after my wedding, Steve picked up my truly filthy dress (grass, dirt, champagne, etc.). He sent me pictures soon after of the dress which was so clean and sparkling I was wishing that I could wear it again. A little after that, I received the dress nicely sealed in a display box. My Las Vegas wedding ended with me walking up and down the strip in my gorgeous gown. I called Steve (the owner) asking if they could get a little bit of the black off of the bottom of my dress (I honestly wasn't expecting much, it was very, very dirty). Steve just dropped off my freshly cleaned and persevered wedding dress. I couldn't be happier with the how it looks! We had an outdoor wedding in May, so the bottom of my dress was a little dirty -- to say the least. The team at Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners have it looking better than the day I picked it up from the bridal shop! I was so grateful that Steve personally drove to my house to pick up my dress, shoes and an invitation set to preserve all together in one box. And then made the return trip to drop it off! The owner had incredible service. He personally picked up the gown, he was on time, polite and it seemed he was personally going to see that his people did a good job on my daughter's gown. The gown came back beautiful and it looks so pristine.
Then he called for a time to return it and he was prompt.

I had an amazing experience with Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners. They make the process so easy. When I first reached out to them, they were responsive, courteous and upfront with the pricing. We scheduled a time for them to come to my house and pick up my dress (so convenient--and with no extra fee!). While my dress was away, I received updates. When the dress was ready, they sent several pictures so that I could inspect the dress before it was boxed up. They then brought the dress back in 3 beautiful boxes. Great service and I would recommend them to anyone!

I was so worried about getting my dress cleaned because it had already been a few years since I got married (opps), but I wanted to make sure to do it when we moved into a new place. After researching I found Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners and from the first call to when I got my dress back was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Steve was so nice, scheduled my pickup quickly (the fact that I didn't have to even leave my house for all of this was amazing), kept me updated on ETAs and then returned my dress in the estimated time which was fast. They also sent me pictures of my dress and veil once they were cleaned, before they packed them. He even got the bad stain out at the bottom of my dress after it had been sitting there for 3 years! I would highly recommend Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners. I waited almost four years after my wedding to get my dress cleaned (not a great idea... I know). My dress was disgusting. Seriously. In addition to the usual dirt and nastiness on the bottom and the train, the front was covered in brown stains from night-of champagne spills that had caramelized over time. Steve picked up my dress from my home, sent pictures of it post-cleaning, and delivered back it in its preservation box. The prices are incredibly reasonable and Steve was super easy to work with. Overall, I am so happy with my decision to call Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners and would recommend them to anyone who needs their dress cleaned and preserved.
