I have had some unexpected claims and Bill was there to make sure my needs were met. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed from start to finish. He even called once the task was complete to confirm every was good to my satisfaction. That's the kind of agent everyone needs -- should have.

Bill and his staff are very friendly and polite to everyone who visits their office. They are also very good at their jobs. I had an issue and they had it resolved in only a couple of days.
