Great People

This guy is the definition of a slumlord, I've had multiple problems in my apartment for years and every time I bring it up to him he tells me he's getting somebody on but nothing gets done! He's quick to take your money and makes little effort to fix anything even his maintenance man says that Ted doesn't allow him to fix what needs to be fixed!

So far it has not been positive. There is lack of communication and very little support limited advice. Hope it improves.

I wouldn't use this company if they were the last Real Estate company on the planet.
