Had a great experience here with the manager Josh. He made upgrading my plan and adding a line so easy. Dealing with phones/carriers can be a nightmare, but Josh made our visit seamless and quick, taking care of everything we needed while also being very nice and professional!

Everything was very easy! DONTE got me in and handled all my needs, which were a lot. I'd appreciate bis customer service every time I walk into any store. Definitely a seller!! Needs a raise!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience having fun conversations with the Manager Josh while he set us up with a new phone. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Joshua was fantastic in helping me get a new phone! He helped me transfer everything from my old phone to the new, and even professionally put on my screen protector.

Jeff was so awesome to work with. I’m a current T mobile customer, and we added a line and an iPhone, and Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. It was super fast and easy. We walked away very happy that he was the one that greeted us right away and helped us. 10/10 experience.

The customer service at this location is beyond amazing! The two gentlemen that helped me were awesome. Not a busy location at all and super clean as well! Highly recommend this particular T-Mobile store!

A couple of guys, the manager and one of his workers ended up taking care of a lot of my issues with my service and bill!

The staff there are very nice and knowledgeable. I thought I was going to have to get a new phone and the man just cleaned it really well.

Visiting from Utah and we had a terrible issue with an I Phone and we couldn't get into the account. Jeff was awesome at walking us through the process and making sure we were taken care of. Decided to upgrade the phone and discard the older one. I just want to say Thank You to Jeff and the entire T-Mobile staff for your expertise, professionalism and friendlines....you guys are amazing!!!

Brandon and Zach were wonderful to work with! They were both very informative, personal, and multi task very smoothly. They made each customer feel they were the only ones in the store, overall a great experience. Will definitely come back to this location!

What a great experience!! I made an appointment ahead of time and got right in. My sales associate, Rob was friendly and super knowledgeable of their products and services. He was patient with the many questions/requests me & my kids had which was so helpful. I couldn't have asked for a more stress-free experience in upgrading (which has not always been the case in past experiences at other stores). I highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs!!👍

My visit this weekend with T-Mobile in the Hampton Village Plaza was amazing! Brandon, the manager made sure every customer felt welcomed and we were greeted right away! Tina with her high energy made the visit very fun! Moe was great to work with as well, feel like the entire team works together perfectly they all made sure I left without any questions! I will be back to this store going forward!

The broccoli cheddar soup is my all time favorite! Also love their tuna on whole wheat bread sandwiches too!

We came to this store with phone charging problems. Unfortunately, the store was unable to assist us, but Robert took the the time to explain exactly how the merger between Sprint and T-mobile works for past customers in reference to certain situations. We were told how to best handle it and went on our way without cost. Thanks for your total honesty.

They did a great job helping and we're giving all of the customers first class service. They were patient and friendly with everyone, probably more than I could have been with some of them. They know their stuff and I'll go back the next time I need service that requires an in person visit.

I have been going to this store for years. I have bought probably 7or 8 phones at this specific location. They always have the answers you are looking for and are very friendly. Tina and Rob both went above and beyond to take care of me and get me into my new phone! Thanks guys. I'll see ya for my next phone!
