AT&T Store

Brandyne was incredibly helpful when I came in with multiple issues that needed addressing. He helped me understand the situation very clearly, and followed up with me the next day to resolve each problem I was having. I greatly appreciated his help, candor, and professionalism while I was dealing with some aggravating problems.

I've visited nearly every AT&T store in St. Louis, and this specific location, with Clayton as a standout employee, has been a game-changer. Clayton consistently addresses all inquiries with a calm demeanor, remaining patient even when bombarded with numerous questions. His friendly approach ensures you feel comfortable and leaves no lingering uncertainties. Moreover, he takes the time to thoroughly explain the available deals, ensuring you grasp the information with utmost patience. Even though its far from my home, I prefer this particular store for their excellent service.

I needed to transfer service to a refurbished phone bought online. But the "new phone" wouldn't connect to the wifi to be able to start the process. They tried everything they knew to make it work, but to no avail. They were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. That's a rare finding living in a big city. They all deserve a raise and a pizza party!

Lee was amazing. Patient, knowledge, and a general delight to work with. He helped other customers in a very professional manner as well waited for our phones to finish syncing. 5 star review for Lee and his professionalism. I was a long time employee of AT&T and he is an asset to the company.

The AT &T on Chippewa was amazing. Tom was right there to open the door and serve me the best who could. He got my phone unlocked but unfortunately, only an Apple Store can get my apps from I cloud!

We had a great experience with Mo. We had a few hurdles to jump through with getting our lines switched around with corporate but he was beyond helpful. We will definitely continue to come back here for him to help us. If you can, always make your appointment with Mo!

I had an opportunity to speak with Brandyne at the local At&t store. It was actually after leaving another store where we were rushed out with no other people and nearly half an hour of open time. Entering At&t, while there was a small wait it was great speaking with Brandyne in deciding to set up new services. He was very knowledgeable about the products and provided answers to an array of questions. Upon leaving it was known that in dealing with At&t he would be the guy to help in the near future.
