ADR Auto Repair & Towing

On my way back to texas my van broke down off the highway near ADR and from the tow truck driver all the way to Chris and the whole staff, I have to say pure professionalism and the most friendliest group of staff I have met in a long time. They even went out of there way to drop me to the hotel and pick me up the next day when my van was ready to rock n roll! Excellent communication and very thorough work. I wouldn’t want anyone vehicle to break down but if it does this is the place to go to. Keep up the great work!

Stephen was awesome! He was timely, professional, and extremely careful hooking up and moving my car to the new house. These guys absolutely know what they're doing and take pride in doing it properly. This will be my primary towing company that I call for all my future services. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My experience with ADR was perfect!!! my truck broke down while completely loaded with my camper and horse trailer, WITH HORSES ON BOARD,,on the I70 split in a dangerous construction zone.. IL state troopers contacted ADR for me(They were amazing help to. Stayed behind my horses with lights on until we were safely on our way) ADR got there SUPER PROMPT and had my ENTIRE rig horses and all hitched up and off that interstate 🙏
When getting back to the ADR lot they were more than accommodating for me and my horse's. They provided water to my animals and allowed me to use their facilities!! I will add IL state troopers and ADR had my whole family off that interstate within 45 minutes.. very impressive 👏👌👍

Quick and very good people. I got stuck at our new construction at 4 in the morning. One call and he was quick to show up and get me out. Courteous, polite- just a downright good guy. Highly recommend.

So very impressed with this company. They really went above and beyond to help us when one of the truck transmission lines busted while we were towing our trailer to Virginia from Springfield MO. When my husband thought he’d lost his keys on the interstate where we broke down, our driver even went back to check for us (he found them in the cab of the tow truck). Wish I had more stars to give, they deserve a lot more than 5, that’s for sure. God Bless them! Even our dog was impressed!

We had a driver involved in an unfortunate incident where ADR couldn't help us. They did take the time to explain the "whys" of the situation and referred us to a quality company who could take care of us. They went above and beyond to help us. My hat's off to them! We won't hesitate to use them in the future! Good people!

They where great. Took care of my son's tire quickly. I didn't notice they where there... lucky I was driving and notice the word tires near the signage. Like it a hidden gem. Friendly service. I know where to go in the future... they do more than tires.

I had the best experience with ADR. My car shut down and I was stranded on the side of the highway. After battling with AAA for hours, I called and Cory answered and made it to us within 20 minutes. He hooked up my car and gave us a ride. Super timely and affordable. Absolutely recommend!

They were incredibly helpful with mounting and installing horse trailer tires after we blew one! Very professional and knowledgeable. We gratefully got in at the last minute and were out in under half an hour.

The mechanic was quick and first rate!! Price was very reasonable as well. Friendly service.

My husband and I had a small trailer separate from our motorhome while going down the highway. Cory came out around 0200 and bailed us out of a spot. Allowed us to go back to their shop to make repairs to the trailer so we could get it home, which was over 6 hours away. Super reasonable financially and Cory has big heart to help. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I was traveling from St. Louis to Rockford, and my vehicle broke down in Troy on a Sunday afternoon. ADR towed my vehicle and fixed it the next business day. They could of price gouged me, but didn’t! Excellent customer service and high integrity! I highly recommend this business. Thanks!

Corey save our beloved 35 ft motorhome from the mud monsters !!! It was buried beyond belief and they got us out and back on the road with our stranded horses. Thank you for your excellent service.

Stepson visiting from Chicago over July 4th had a heater hose fail on his car. We drove by ADR on the 4th. A manager/supervisor happened to be there that morning. He took the car in and checked it out that day. Worked one of their mechanics overtime the next business day and fixed the car. ADR as always provides 1st class service and goes out of their way to take care of their customers. They have been working on my cars for 25 years. God willing they will for another 25 years.

Had a wheel bearing replacement done and oil change on our daughter’s car. Very pleased with service and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
