Party City

They had everything I need to turn my apartment into a New Year shabang!!!! Everyone loved it.. I haven't taken anything down yet!!

Came in for a balloon pickup and they were extremely short staffed (maybe 3 workers total) but I watched them handle inflating balloons, switching back and forth to the registers, and still assisting customers in the aisles all in a timely manner while still maintaining a positive attitude and smiling. They all deserve a raise!

The customer service I experienced from Maya went above and beyond my expectations. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. I will go here again for balloons.

I absolutely love the balloon swag! It was so easy to put together and .ade the Sweet 16 Session that I shot absolutely perfect!

My go to place for a last minute party. They let me buy the Bear balloons that were on display.

Her knowledge was amazing . she answered all of my questions she also had patience & helped me picked up my daughter 18th birthday balloons 🎈 In which she loved! Also Told me the products I was inquiring def will be back to shop & have her help me ! 🙌🏽

I'm a big kid at heart, especially around Halloween.
This place is empty, no costumes are currently available at this time. The store is very clean, very organized, but i repear NO costumes. If you want party buy decorations and balloons ect. This place is great for birthdays celebrations, anniversary parties ect..

The cashier was very nice. Very attentive to all customers, so it did take a little while to check out since the person in front of us was ordering 20 different balloons 😐 but he was super sweet and apologized for the wait when it came time to check us out.

Going to Party City was a challenge considering current circumstances, but this location had everyone as socially distant as possible. The cashier that waited on me was very pleasant and professional. She had a cheerful disposition and welcoming demeanor. I found what I needed and the wait time to check out wasn't too long. I will be going back.

I went to purchase my granddaughters a "cat in the hat" headband because their classrooms were celebrating the birthday of Dr Seuss. Great prices and great personalities. ❤

It's super nice clean organized bit they where low on stock lol 😆 but it was the holidays...

It was more than I expected
The employees were very helpful and extremely nice. I also saw an incident were someone left the water running in the restroom and man keep his cool and just mopped it up.

I absolutely love Party City!! No matter the location, all staff members are super nice. They always have positive, upbeat attitudes. Of course the store is always clean.

They were the only place who sold Pixy sticks despite Walmart's online ad which was incorrect. Thank you!

Tons of cool party items. Great customer service!! The two girls working behind the counter were very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a great experience, minus the customers that we're being too impatient when there was two young Ladies making a request forLadies making every customer happy.

Alyysa, the cashier, and Tre were freaking amazing!!! Friendly and positive attitudes. My daughter kept playing peek-a-boo with Tre and that made her day. Glad I stopped at this Party City location. You 2 rocked!!!
