I loved this Walgreens, compared with 2 others one. Omg this is the best one if you follow the rules..IS OK.. I hate the one close to my house..horrible. but they are short in staff. Not ENOUGH PHARMACY TECH... TO HELP. PHARMACIST HAS TO DO CASHIER, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY DO A LOT FOR TO BE A PHARMACIST...
🙏PLEASE PEOPLE BE KIND WITH THEM... THEY ARE NOT ROBOT.

My wife uses CVS and often some meds have to be ordered. Or they will call other stores and have them work on the order. Not here!

Well I have to give 11of 10, to the most beautiful soul, and great costumer service to the lady call Sabrina, im gonna explains my visit to the store.
I was on need of passport pictures for the next day ( they call me to give me an appointment for the next day) so she asked some lady and she said she couldn’t do it to send me to the 95th store( she was on the phone restocking the hole time laughing and having a conversation) really bad costumer service.
But this great human been told me that she was able to do it, between costumers, and I sad YES.

But guest what the other lady take over and send me to the other store. It was a young afroamericano lady. Really bad costumer service.

I like this Walgreens. The one on 95 and Pulaski does not allow pickup of certain items at the drive up window, whereas the Hometown location does. Very handy.

Theres not a lot of polite employees out there anymore but an employee by the name of Daniel Moreno was especially helpful and provided some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced , I cant thank him enough! The last time I went there i thought about not going anymore due to one of the employees being so rude to me and not helpful at all, but I truly do appreciate people like Daniel and I dont regret saying we need more people like him in the world, I just hope he knows how greatful I am for his help and he's changed my mind about Walgreens and I will be shopping there again!

My favorite .. i get discount all the time by the reward card ..good customers service 95 th st and 4800 west oak lawn .
