Yesterday I visited the store and
the man working at the hot food section was cheerful, helpful and polite. His positive energy was contagious! Also, a young man outside went above and beyond by offering to help me load cases of water into my car. The outstanding service from these friendly workers truly made my day. I’ll definitely be returning for both the great atmosphere and helpful staff!

The store is clean they need to have on Monday more chicken done that customer don't have to wait.when they have a special sale on Monday

Jewel/Osco was fantastic! Although the store was hyper busy, there were enough registers open along with self serve ones for those who had only a few things. I had a glitch at the self serve register, but was helped by one of the very capable cashiers who held my register while I dashed for one more item to meet my coupon goal. He explained very simply what I needed to do not to miss out on the extra savings. This store, although a "big box" treats customers as if it is a small town neighborhood store, with genuine greetings, extra assistance when needed, and sometimes, just a warm smile. Especially friendly is Alicia in the floral department. Highly recommend this location at 79th and Cicero.

It was an amazing shopping trip, I went for a few things and ended up coming home with a full shopping cart...
🤣🤣🤣not as cheap as a Walmart store, because everything seems to be overpriced, but sometimes you have no choice...🤦🏻‍♂🤷🏻‍♂

I went Birthday shopping with my daughter.😊 It is my grandson"s first birthday.🎂 Went in Jewel's and smelled pastries and more and picked up more for me instead of for the baby.😁 Later, I remembered why I went there.🤭 I always find what I shop there for. 👍👍

This SUCH a nice Jewel. Very clean. Very organized. There was staff every where. Staff that was communicating with each other and working on the store. The customers and the employees both seem in good spirits. The produce was in great shape. The deli and fish counters were very clean and well maintained. I will definitely be making this my new Jewel. Keith was my cashier and he was fast, friendly, and just a nice interaction in my day. I'm glad I decided to stop in.

One of the best grocery stores in the Midwest. Super clean store, very organized and very ample selection of groceries and household needs, amazing team members always ready to help answer any questions one may have. Enjoy

I went to jewel paco looking for flowers for my mom's birthday..I was surprised to see that they actually had a "florist" on duty!!..I was trying to to something else besides roses..I have done a lot of roses in my lifetime!!..we came up with a beautiful arrangement. In addition the store is very clean and tidy!!..I love that makes shopping fun

Employees are great, helpfull, friendly. They are remodelling the store making it pretty. Produce still sucks though. I like the prices and selection of produce at fair play better but the ghetto people starting fights 3 of the last 5 times I went there keep me at jewel.

Store is very clear, the merchandise is well ordered and the staff is very friendly. Prices are fair based on product quality and usually they have specials. Great option to buy all your groceries and food during the pandemic time..

Employee by the self check was super great. I liked him. He asked me to go to self checkout. I never do self checkout. Not because I don't know how to do it. It's because of the greed corporation have!
But he was nice, so for this time, I conceded to use self ceckout.

Whenever I go, I go early and there's never a line . I have my mask ,my gloves,and the carts are cleaned they have wipes at the entrance to re clean your cart if you choose to and your hands I've been going there for years. You know with the covid19 the only thing they don't allow rain checks so when you go you have to go as soon as you look over there sales paper and pick up your items that you want to purchase especially with something that's popular and reasonably priced like the cherries because they'll sell out quick and it's been hard for them to restock.

I haven't shopped at jewel in a few but I'm glad I went back. I found the perfect cake for my daughter 6th birthday an balloons. The prices are reasonable an they had a dale I couldn't pass up on.

Whenever I walk into this place I get that feeling of "Ahhh" Big, wide and open!! I will not be crowded by tons of other customers here because they actually made this big enough for people to shop in crowds! I give that an A+. Also items are not hard to find, Isles are not hard to find or read. They have a good selection of Meat and vegetables. I definitely recommend that you try to come here. You will love the feel of the place!

I love Jewel Osco Pharmacy the pharmacist is the best I have five family members that goes to the pharmacy store they remembers you as a customer and as a person. I never had any trouble with them get my medication on time, when they have a delay with your medication they will notify you.

They have a lot of things on offer, the store always looks clean and organized, and the fruits and vegetables are always fresh. The service that the employees give is fast and friendly.
