THIS is the best shoe store in Chicago. They have everything. Nike, New Balance. Men, women , & kids clothes & shoes. I love how neat & attention to detail the store is. Also Staff is very professional up stairs & down stairs. very professional and helpful. I give this store 10 /10

Great shoe store, but excellent service by Jordan. I was visiting from New York and was pleasantly surprised to still see some pairs of shoes that sell out relatively quickly in NYC. Jordan helped me pick out my first pair of Jordan 4s and was super friendly and conversational. I definitely recommend checking this store out next time you’re in the loop!

Star is the best sell person !!! in the store she made me feel so comfortable previously came in here, and the sales representative that was helping me make me feel very uncomfortable as if I was scaling star was able to a race that experience completely. She needs to be training Sales representative on how to interact with guest, she deserves a raise!!!

This JD Sports location is awesome! The employees are super nice, and I can tell they also really enjoy talking about sneakers! I just moved from another state, so I'm really happy that I have a huge JD/Finish Line a walking distance away. I'll definitely come back each week to check out any new stuff they have!

I shopped all day long down State street today at a variety of different stores. The customer service was terrible. So when I walked in to JD sports 20 minutes before close and was welcomed by amazing energy it was a breath of fresh air. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance from 5-6 different employees in a 20 min window. Haven't seen customer service like this in a while.

I’ve been going to JD Sports for all my shoes since they have opened on State street and I always had a great experience there. You are greeted right when you walk through the doors and you feel welcomed. They attend you right away whenever you ask for a shoe size. On my recent visit, the cashier Andrea was one of the most helpful employees and also was patient with me during check out. Also, don’t forget to donate! It’s for a good cause. I always give at least $5 on every purchase I make. Highly recommend buying your shoes here.

I visited this store just before 5 on a Tuesday, and it was fairly busy. There was a young lady occupied with another customer, but she spotted us quickly and called someone to help. The associate who came over was Jordan, and he made our day!
My son was feeling pretty defeated, as this was our third store of the day looking for shoes. Not only did they have the size and style we'd been searching for, but Jordan was very diligent and helpful. He taught my son how to lace up his first pair of Jordans and treated him like a valued customer, not just kid picking out shoes with his mom. He just turned 13, so this was MAJOR. Thanks so much Jordan! We'll definitely be back to shop with you!

it was a very good time, and i found shoes i really liked. They all were really nice. Jordon was really nice and helped me find some good shoes!!

Randomly went into this store and very glad we did. They didn’t have our size, but the sales associate (can’t remember her name, initials D.S.) was very accommodating and she even went out of her way and checked for the shoes herself. Will definitely be back it was an awesome customer experience.

So I can't even lie was just going to to browse but J.P (Joseph) was a PHENOMENAL help. He helped my girlfriend and I with all the questions we had and even gave us a little history of J.D. I also have to give thanks to Brittany and Jordan. This was such a good experience I couldn't even get a block away before I could finish this review.
