Ironwood Gardens Apartments

Ironwood Gardens is properly managed and maintained. Big thank you to the office team who managed to kindly move me in with about 48 hours notice.
While this place is expensive and I can't justify all the initial fees, I'm comfortable saying you're getting what you pay for here. It's quiet, comfortable, and there's great *outdoor* rec. If that isn't your thing, I would look for a cheaper accommodation. Washing machine and dish washer work just fine.

Awesome for children, although I'd like to see something done about the geese. Sometimes it's impossible to walk around the lake sidewalk because you'll either step in poop or upset them.

I have lived at ironwood gardens since 10/2022 and absolutely love it here. The staff is so sweet, maintenance is so helpful, and also so fast to help when a request is put in. When a pipe froze last winter emergency maintenance showed up in less than five minutes on Christmas eve. To say the staff here is dedicated to their job is an understatement.
It has so many amenities that it feels like a getaway (but you never have to leave!) I plan on renewing my lease again and potentially staying until I decide to buy a home.

We are very happy with our apartment at Ironwood Gardens. The neighbors and office staff are friendly, maintenance takes good care of the place, community events are enjoyable. I would give it 5 stars, except the dishwashers don't work (as in everyone I talk to says their dishwasher is only effective at getting things wet, not cleaning the dishes) and having a dishwasher was pretty important to us. We wish more families with kids lived here, as it's a great school district, with a great park nearby, a nice pool, plenty of grass space, and a sidewalk that circles two lakes (great for kids bikes).

I have lived at Ironwood Gardens for over 6 months and WOW, I love it here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the residents are nice to each other, and they are very pet friendly. One thing I really love about living there is that it's peaceful! That is one thing that is hard to find in an apartment complex, but I always come home from work and can genuinely relax. There are great views of the pond depending on where you are located in the building and there are trails to walk around the ponds. I love coming home every day to a place that feels like home.

Ironwood Gardens Apartments have a fantastic maintenance staff and office staff. They have helped me with any issues that have arisen in a timely and professional manner. I love the apartment complex - couldn't be happier with my apartment. I've lived there 15 months and looking forward to many more years.

Ironwood is a great place to live! Staff is friendly and welcoming! They are willing to help with any questions and are quick to respond! It’s close to town yet far enough away from the chaos of in town living! The amenities are awesome! Maintenance crew is great at keeping the grounds clean! If your looking for a new places definitely check them out!

I enjoy living here at Ironwood Gardens Apartments. It is very peaceful. Everyone at office and maintainance are friendly and helpful.

I have lived a lot of places and this is the best one by far. The office staff are amazingly friendly. I really enjoy the ducks and geese by the pond. Feels like a safe and clean place to live.

I lived there for a year and really enjoyed it! It was close enough to the college where I didn't have to drive for a long time, but far enough away that you didn't have to mess with the drunk college students. Management was very friendly and took the time to help me look for a missing pet! Thank you for a great experience!

There’s nothing bad of living here! It’s so peaceful and relaxing! I live here for 2 years and I enjoy every minute of it!

I just got my keys to my apartment today. The management was very helpful with solving any problems that I had! I thought they were awesome!

I’ve lived here for a year and a half in the studio apartment where I have my own washer/dryer and I have been very pleased with my stay here. Walls are pretty thick where you don’t here your neighbors unless they are screaming, the appliances are decent, however, I never had one problem with them breaking down or needing repair. The office ladies were always super nice to me and upfront about everything. Also, they they give you a couple days notice when matinence will be coming into your apartment(unlike many places around here). Only complaint I guess would be they automatically take some of your deposit away due to their “repainting” of the Walls, however, when I moved in it was obvious that the walls had not been repainted. I’ll be updating this post as I move out in a week so it will be interesting to see if I get any of my deposit back!

I have lived at Ironwood Gardens for 6 months now and I have really enjoyed everything they have to offer! They are very clean, have a pool and a workout room that I regularly use and if there is ever a problem with my apartment they are always very kind and helpful in resolving the issue. This is the very first apartment I have had and I would suggest these apartments to everyone!

Enjoy living here very much. Very pet friendly and I have always felt safe here. Staff is always helpful.

I’ve lived here for two years. The cleaning crew doesn’t clean the way they’re supposed to (there was a puddle of pee on the floor for two weeks, cigarette butts show up all the time, the hallways stink) in the cheaper apartments they have. It’s surprising because this is the only building with walkways and a “complex” type feel so you’d think they’d care to clean a bit more. If you live here opt for a one bedroom do NOT get a studio like I did!!!! The gym,pool, and Casey’s makes this place worth it lmao.
