Awesome mens department and great staff. I really enjoyed shopping there for the first time and can't wait to go back

What a fabulous inaugural visit! The friendliness of the staff is commendable. From the Chanel counter offering the option to order the out of stock lipstick to the familial feel at the YSL and Khiels counters. They took time and care, and when they found out it was my sister's birthday, the well wishes were sincere. What a great way to kickoff our holiday season.

The flagship store of the 900 N Michigan shops. We parked in the garage - since we validated it, it was only 10$ for 3 hours. The shop is really big and has lots of brands for everyone. Friendly staff and clean as well. Definitely a great shopping experience on Michigan ave.

We went to Louis Vuitton and the staff was awesome. We found the purse we were looking for. The stores here are the best. check the shoes sections. By far the best shoes collection in the area

Haven't been in-store in a while, but just want to let everyone know that Olga in the La prairie department here is the best ever! She's a true gem of a person, very knowledgeable and cares for her customers. Thank you and happy holidays!

Shopping at this location is always an experience. I love the selection of high end fashion. Ever since the merged the home store here it makes it a super easy 1 stop shopping experience.

I came in to the home department this evening in a rush to find some mugs as a gift for a friend. It was about 25 minutes until close but Anna and Dan were SO helpful and delightful the entire time. I felt awful stopping in so late, having worked in retail myself I know this can be an inconvenience. They not only helped me find exactly what I needed they were so wonderful, showing me so many options and sets! Dan even wrapped my gifts beautifully. I will be coming back just to shop with them next time!! Thanks Dan and Anna!

Sherry in the beauty department is very sweet, super knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond with her customer service.

The levels can be seen from the inside and the ceiling displays an electric theme. It is very worthwhile visiting. A lot of seating room.

I must say, I’m quite impressed with the AMAZING customer service I received. The staff in the women’s section is kind, understanding and most of all, super helpful. Oh, and the variety of items they have is absolutely perfect. Lots of affordable items here that include brand names. The quality of clothing seems to be a high standard. It’s almost impossible to walk out empty handed. Top notch department store for all of your clothing shopping needs. Great value and plenty of options for all sizes, shapes, ages, and budgets. Incredibly solid selection of just about everything for everyone.

Clean comfortable and modem shopping. The staff is excellent, helpful, and extremely friendly. Holiday decorations are wonderful as well, very warm and happy.

I didn't get my mask only because I have to order it online. I did get my Versace sunglasses at an nice price right before my birthday. I enjoyed the best customer service I had all day.

It is such a delightful experience shopping at Bloomingdale’s. After some retail therapy you must grab a bite by the Aster Food Hall on Level 5! Small Cheval’s burger and the golden fries; HIGHLY recommend!

I get Bloomingdale's shops on North Michigan Avenue Chicago Gold Coast five stars. Door decorations for the 2018 Christmas season were absolutely breathtaking! The center overall was impeccably clean, and the staff at each of the many shops were friendly and accommodating. We were downtown specifically to enjoy the holiday season on the Magnificent Mile, and our stop at Bloomingdale's made it all worth it!

Grate staff in the home decore, kitchen. Gerardo, Stuart and rest of the staff always friendly and helpful. Cooking demonstrations when you purchase some items are fenomenal and a key to motivate to make the purchase because it takes the fear of how to use the product.
