This is a huge H&M with lots of floors. The store was super clean and organized. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They had some great deals when we went. I will definitely be back.

I have been to this HM probably over 200 times since it’s probably the only place that I shop, and i will say that this location is amazing.

The employees are so so sweet and they knock out the line so well. The selection is so amazing- new things all the time.

I truly always find bargains. Fitting room attendants and my cashier were cool as heck. The drive from Indiana was worth it.

H&M on Michigan Ave offers a boutique experience of service, a plethora of stylish pieces which are clean and easy to find. Consistency of merchandising and outfitted for in travel and tourism.

H&M has been a fixture of Chicago since back in the 00s. Ever since French Connection folded, they have been the spot for good cheap fast casual on Michigan Avenue. The prices are better than Zara and the selection is usually more diverse. This store has a fantastic mens dep as recent thst encompasses the entire lower level. They had everything I needed and in an abundance of sizes. I highly recommend even if you have a location in your home city. This one might have some treasures.

I ordered a nice white and black low-key tropical button up, slim fit medium and a crazy all-over spongbob SquarePants w/ Patrick & gary thick tshirt. Every h& m alos have a unique dim piece. I'm glad I get the opportunity to discover them when I visit a store in a different region.

Love this store. Good collection of sales and accessories all the time. The staff are really nice and helpful. Sometimes I’ll even ask them for styling tips and checks. The new 15% recycling program is adding positive value to the society. Hopefully they recover from the graffiti artist controversy quickly.

To the people saying they close early did you ever think maybe they’re short staffed? The workers there are some of the nicest people I’ve met. Maybe you should put an application and complain less.

I frequent this location and I can’t say I’m ever disappointed. Staff is always friendly and helpful, plus things are always organized and tidy. The home section is a personal fave, so be sure to check out the top floor if you’re interested! It’s worth popping in if you’re out on Michigan Ave.

I am visiting Chicago from Virginia Beach and wasn't p prepared for the Windy City. I need it warmer clothing so I slipped into H&M looking for a warm coat for $25. The staff was very helpful because the jacket I found did not have a price on it. However, the very knowledgeable staff member told me she sold three that day and new the exact price. I got a bomber jacket for $17.85. Exactly what I needed. Now I can explore the Windy City without being frozen.
