Nordstrom Rack

I was in the store Friday March 15, and lost my diamond bracelet. I notified the staff, and all the associates helped look for it. So amazing 🤩. One associate found it and returned it to me. I was so relieved and emotional, I don’t believe I thanked her enough. Thank you so much!!! I am truly grateful.

A bunch of stuff that I liked, though probably didn't love. Though that may be the idea of these "off the rack" shops. Nice selection of some real quality stuff though. Came out with a nice Brooks Brothers shirt and a couple of nice belts. I usually try to be super cheap and shop online but for an in store experience, particularly in such a major city, you could do much worse.

Being in downtown Chicago you should expect to be crowded. Nice selection of merchandise.

Love this location. Left keys in the store, and the security girl at the front door took care if the issue immediately. Shes genuinely a good hearted person as what I experienced of her. If she ever sees this.. thank you! (the boy with the scooter)

A great place to get the top of the line merchandise.

Excellent location, but merchandise and availability varies by location. Like that, as suburban locations are more to their clientele, while the city locations, especially Michigan Avenue has a larger selection for all; young, adults and above 50. It’s always better to see and try the merchandise; and if your size or style is not readily available you always go on their detailed website and purchase, & purchases above $99 offer free shipping. Great deals on fashion name brands...but you have to dig and be.patient. There is a LOT of stuff here.

Shoes and sunglasses seem to be the best items for catching deep.discounts on good stuff.

They always have a great selection of clothes and great prices on their shoes. I am a fan of Kate Spade and would shop at their store downtown or their outlet store in Aurora. Now I just come to the rack and get my purses there because they have a variety of sizes and atyles

Loved it caught awesome sells only thing is you are going to spend more than what you bargained to spend because they have so much good stuff on sale the cashier's were amazing staff was just amazing and very helpful

A huge store with good selection of things to purchase at good prices. Men's, women's, children, travel, and so much more. In a good location but best to walk there and find nearby parking which is a bit difficult.

This is a great place to buy high-end clothing and accessories for a great price..I scored a really nice pair of Ray Bans for just $50..

Store where you can find popular brands with bargain prices. If you are Lucky, you can get a Columbia product with 30-40% discount

I love going into this store because it has a great variety of clothes, shoes and accessories. The store is always clean and organized and the employees are really helpful.

The shopping experience at Nordstrom Rack was fantastic! Great customer service. The staff that I interacted with was very courteous, pleasant and are above average in all of the most important ways. A lot of options and a nice selection of everything from women's and men's clothing, designer brands, accessories and especially the shoes. Definitely one of the best Nordstrom Racks I’ve been to.
