We called at 7:50am and they were at the house within 30 min (we do live < 1mile away). Phone and onsite plumber were very professional, courteous, and explained everything to us. We were lucky it was a minor/easy issue (Expansion tank over our water heater sprung a leak.), but they did not try to sell us into unnecessary repairs or equipment (our home and water heater is 9 years old and admittedly i have not been draining it annually as I should be). Pricing was reasonable and fair especially given the PROMPT service. He also made some good recommendations for future issue prevention. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND GLAD I CALLED!

I called this morning at 8 am and they were here by 2, they explained what they had to do how much it was going to be and about how long it would take. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very professional, polite and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.

I contacted Jim Dhamer Plumbing to replace my 20 years old Bradford White water heater that was leaking. They were very helpful over the phone and provided a quote over the phone. The quote was reasonable and was the best amongst all the other ones I got. They scheduled next day appointment. Technicians were very prompt and did an excellent job replacing my old heater with a new Bradford White water heater. I will highly recommend Jim Dhamer plumbng.

Workers replaced corroded sink drain pipe and replaced a rusted, rotted bolt on water heater. Quick work and great job. Friendly workers. Will definitely use Dhamer Plumbing again.

Had them replace my ejector pump in basement they were $200 cheaper than PG plumbing which advertises on WGN which is very good they did good work it works fine and it only took about an hour and a half The price is right compared to the other guy this is the second time I've used them I will use them again and recommend them they also upgraded the foot valve at no extra charge

Called Jim Dhamer Plumbing for a suspected toilet leak. I was initially told there was no available slot. However, the repairman gave me a call when he unexpectedly finished one of his jobs early not too far from my place. They were very courteous to start with. They found the leak within 15 mins and fixed it neatly. They explained nicely, what was the issue and what's being done. They cleaned the place after their job. Very professional. Would recommend them any day.

I had a rotten egg smell from my water heater. Tom from Jim Dhamer installed a Corro-Protec anode rod and the smell cleared up in 1-2 days. They squeezed me in their schedule and were very professional, courteous and friendly. The workmanship was superb and the price was very reasonable. My kitchen sink was backing up and needed rodding out. I called at 8am and I was given a 4 hour window for their technician to arrive. Bob arrived at 11:30a and took a look at my plumbing in the basement. Before he began his work of clearing out the entire run of pipe with their rodding machine, Bob laid down a new tarp to protect my floors. After it was done he verified that everything worked perfectly. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thanks Bob!

I used Jim Dahmer plumbing twice recently for two separate drain issues based off of proximity and seeing their vans on the road. Each time the issues were resolved in a professional, efficient, and honest manner (extremely honest pricing!). I was told up front the cost both times and the second separate issue it was even less than what I was originally told because he didn't need to rod the drain and I was a returning customer which turned out earned a small discount. Again--very honest!! I don't foresee any further issues with either drain but they also offer a 30 day guarantee of their work which is added peace of mind. The first time I used Jim Dahmer Plumbing my service mans name was Bob. The second time the service mens names were Tom and Nate. They all give tradesmen a good name! Thank you Jim Dahmer Plumbing! Our garbage disposal was clogged and caused a back up water in our dishwasher and sinks. I called first thing in the morning and they got somebody out by 1:00 pm that day. TJ and Tommy were fantastic! Hard working, so very nice and thorough!! We have use this company in the past and have always been very pleased. I would highly recommend them! This is the first time I've called Jim Dhamer Plumbing. Alex and Cody have come to replace my outdoor faucet. I'm very impressed by their work:
1. Neat: they put on shoe cover everytime they enter the house. Not a big deal but this shows that they care house owner.
2. Professionalism: the repair work was done prompt and smooth.

They helped me with a client's home he was selling and hooked up the fridge water before closing. I also had a toilet replaced and they are very professional and do good work.

Our water heater was leaking out of the relief valve. Their technicians came out and accessed that the water heater needed a new expansion tank. They quickly returned with the part and began the process of changing it out. No more leaky water heater. Thanks!
