T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Looking for a cell phone for our elderly parents ultimately lead us to consider T-mobile, and it was filled with very positive experiences. The friendly, very knowledgeable and gracious service was top Notch. Roy is an incredible team member-first rate and demonstrates how a company should be staffed!

Stopped in to get a new screen protector for my iPhone and the two guys there provided quick, excellent, and friendly service. Great place to go if you have Tmobile. My wife recently got a new phone there and she had a really nice experience as well.

Ralph called me a liar right off the bat, because his salesman didn't say anything about paying taxes. Nor my presence being there on Saturday. Calling me, a 23 year customer a liar is going to get foul language out of anybody. Now, he tells me that I am not welcome in that location. Ralph's service is terrible and I will not go back and probably will change my service to a PROBABLY BETTER CARRIER WITH ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

STAY AWAY FROM RALPH AND THIS LOCATION!!!!As Ralph is the ALLEGED MANAGER, ALSO TOLD ME THAT I'M NOT WELCOME IN THIS STORE AND TO FIND ANOTHER LOCATION.

I cannot believe I stayed with Verizon for so long. T Mobile is by far better in every aspect - the staff in McHenry were SO helpful and my visit was painless. Great experience and I would highly recommend this.

Omgosh they did it again!!! Fixed my silly issue with my s22. Also they went through it and looked for spam they clean my phone up they took great care of me love these guys again and again

Nick was lovely, he helped us set up new service quickly and without issue. He was super helpful and answered all questions thoroughly. The new service is cheaper than our previous and comes with decent perks so I'm glad we decided to stop in. Ben was also working in the store, he greeted us quickly and seemed very nice. The experience was totally painless which is not usually true when it comes to switching phone service.

I came in to switch my service from ATT and was instantly greeted by a friendly young man who was able to answer all my questions and got me to switch my 5 lines while saving me money! Payton was amazing! I definitely recommend coming and seeing him, it’s hard to find good service now a days so I truly appreciated him going above and beyond

Extremely patient and thoroughly explained all the features of the phones with me. I wish i remembered his name, but he let me know what discounts i qualified for and how to save more money. Especially during these times, that's much appreciated! He encouraged questions and didn't let me leave until i was comfortable and not pushy like other stores. Highly recommend!

Ben and Nick were massively helpful. I went in to take advantage of a watch offer that wasn't offered to me at Best Buy earlier in the day, where I switched to T-Mobile. Despite not getting credit for the new devices I got from Best Buy, they took the time to make sure I was taking advantage of every promo and option T-Mobile had to offer. Even taking the time to call their store services line to upgrade my plan. Above and beyond support.

Best store to go around the area, Alondra was welcoming, she understood exactly what I needed and more. Above and beyond customer service go to this location if you are thinking about switching carriers they will take care of you!

Ralph was super helpful with my issue. Another T-Mobile store messed up my account and Ralph spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support trying to get the issue fixed. I have never had that kind of customer service from any other T-Mobile store. I will be returning here for all of my business from now on.

Lorie and Sam both helped me the second I walked in today. I asked them if they would help me put a new screen protector on my new iPhone. I do not feel comfortable doing it myself therefore I came for help. They went ahead and put the screen protector on for me and did it perfectly. They were such a big help tonight and made my visit wonderful!!!

What a good team! They made the experience so much better. The manager Lorie was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions without making me feel rush! Will definitely make the trip to this store again.

Skyler gave us great service switching our phones over. The new management has really turned this store around. 5 star service and friendly staff.

Ralph & Payton are the best & were extremely helpful! I was truly shocked to be welcomed the moment I entered the store. Definitely won't be the last time I visit.

I've had the choice of going to several other T-Mobile locations in the past but I always wait until I can visit the McHenry location for their great, efficient service. During my most recent visit, Nick was helpful and personal. He switched out my daughter's old iPhone to a newer one in no time flat while also answering my questions about the newer Samsung watches. Thanks!

What a fun store! Those people go way above. In talking, I found out that the top of the line speaker was on sale. I have one, but two is even cooler!!! They told me I could combine up to 4! They also made sure my new phone was set up before I left. Thank's again!

I was absolutely living for my mobile expert (Sam) he was able to start up my upgrade and connect my watch. The atmosphere created by the employees was open and funny where we laughed about literally whatever and takes about awesome new perks like T-mobile Tuesday?!

I am so happy that T-Mobile got rid of that old manager in McHenry she was absolutely rude talking over her employees talking on the phone while waiting on me talking to family members definitely good plan of getting rid of her. Now I went into T-Mobile today and Mr Shaw Nick was absolutely outstanding he needs to be the new manager of McHenry he is bubbly he interacts with his employees interacts with his customers customers are absolutely first on his mind he helps everybody in that store I am so glad he's trying to get the management position if you do not hire him I will no longer go to the T-Mobile store on Richmond Road in McHenry thank you for listening please give a shout out to the whole team at T-Mobile in McHenry on Richmond Road and please hire Nick Shaw
