Best store in T-Mobile, I came to this store and they were helpful. There is an entire new team there so none of the older team is there who left a bad taste in my mouth about T-Mobile. Nero is very attentive, helpful and patient, informative and kind hearted,helping a not so tenology savvy individual such as myself, this guy deserves a raise and accolade, thank you t-mobile for hiring such a great person, and please get some window tint the sun glare is vicious.

Today I came back to the Carol Stream store I had been to about 3 months ago. I asked for the person who was very nice to me then and he was here to help me get a new phone. I can't say enough about what a help Arham was to me. Buying a new phone is stressful and he took care of everything for me.

I returned an iPhone that i recently purchased that had a scratch on it. All returns have a restocking fee, but to accommodate me for the inconvenience the manager waived that for me. Great customer service.

I would like to express my gratitude towards Arham at T-Mobiles branch at North Ave., Carol Stream, Illinois. He was patient with me, trying to find a solution to my malfunctioned phone. He will help me to install the program to my new cell phone tomorrow. I have been going back to him many times for help. Not once did he say to me, "We do not provide service here. We are for sales only." as some people at the Wheaton branch on Butterfield Road did. Shawn at the same Carol Stream office was also helpful when I did not know how to send electronic signature back to your company. Shawn helped me complete the process successfully.

It is through these dedicated staff at the various levels of Tmobile which has made the company competitive and popular among people like me. I am one of the rare "loyalists " who stayed with Tmobile since I first signed up in 2001.

This store is amazing! And do you know why? Because of its employees. I have been their client since 2018 and have no complaints about it. Every time I go there, I am well attended for someone that really wants to help me with my needs. My last experience there was really good. I was looking for an IPhone 11 and was having trouble to find one available, there and in other stores around. So, I decided to go back there to try one more time and guess what? One of the managers went in the back and stayed there for about 20 min or so and finally found an IPhone 11 for me, and I it was indeed the last one. Better yet I got it for a very good deal!

I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT SIM CARD AND I WAS GREETED AND HELPED OUT BY REBEKAH SCHERI..SHE IS FRIENDLY AND HAS GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went yesterday for a phone & home internet and was very pleased with the person who helped me. Nero Crowe was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend.

The staff is friendly. Crystal helped me with my upgrades and accesory purchases and did a wonderful job at making it easy and quick to get it all done!

The T-Mobile store in Carol Stream is my favorite place to go to when I’m in the market to buy a new phone. Thanks to Even and his team, I never have to worry about a thing because I am confident in their ability to take care of the customer’s needs effortlessly. One time I had an issue with one of the phones on my line and Even went above and beyond to resolve my problem. I did not have to make more than one phone call. He called me back, and followed up to see that problem was fixed. This location has an excellent stock of accessories, and phones to choose from. I love coming to this store and I will recommend this location to anyone, who’s looking for great customer service!

I usually meet with Evan, but Ryan was very helpful and was able to make changes to my account as requested. He took his time and was very attentive to all the questions I had. I defiantly recommended this store and employee!!

Alexis went completely above and beyond to help me with what seemed to be an impossible task. I walked in with uncertainty. I had multiple challenges and roadblocks to what I knew was going to be a lengthy process, but Alexis was diligent. I felt like she was not going to quit until she had exhausted all her options to help me. I had walked into the store, already accepting the fact that I may not walk out with success. But Alexis was invested in my case and I am just very thankful that she was there to help me. At the end of it all, she was able to rectify the issues. I really appreciated the time and effort that Alexis and her manager, Mariana, gave me. I felt like these people really care about their customers and it isn't just about making money.

Went in Saturday evening for a new phone. My experience couldn’t be any better. Made me feel comfortable. Never pressured for anything else other than what I came in for. It seemed that everyone in the store this evening worked together to get things done. Great Job.
