MacNab Foot and Ankle Center

I called after seeing bldg. I live in Morris. I went in nervously and they both put me at ease! It was a great experience. So pleasantly surprised. I continue to go back. He is the best!! I love him! Julie is the best! No months of waiting like most drs. I was afraid after a small foot injury and she got me right in. I have neuropathy and she didn’t act like I was overreacting!

I’ve been going to Dr MacNab for several years for diabetic foot care to broken toes to plantar fasciitis. He knows his stuff inside and out!!! I’ve always been very well taken care of and treated with the utmost respect, care and professionalism!!! And then there’s Julie, his AMAZING receptionist! What a breath of fresh air!!! She is icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Dr MacNab and his staff!! You may hobble in with pain but you’ll leave with a smile!!! TOP NOTCH

Office manager, Julie, was incredibly helpful. Squeezing me in last minute to see the doctor. Kudos for the extra work she did including tracking down out of state x-ray images.

Can't speak highly enough about Dr. I already knew (about 90%) what the outcome should have been, but to ensure I didn't have additional unknown issues I wanted a specialist to look me over. Talk about incredibly intelligent. Very impressed with doc's ability to explain in detail and provide examples of what I should watch for.
I highly recommend this care provider.

I highly recommend going to see Dr. MacNab. He was amazing with my son who is always very nervous going to any doctors and really dislikes his feet being touch. He made him feel comfortable and relaxed and made him laugh a lot. He explained everything perfectly and was just overall very nice. Definitely will go back to him. And the person at the front desk was the sweetest person ever. Great environment amazing people.

Dr Macnab is great (and hilarious) I go to him with any foot issues and he always knows exactly what's going on and how to treat. Julie in the office is fantastic as well always super friendly and helpful and always willing to get me in short notice you will not regret going here if you want the best of the best I would give 6/5 if I could

If I could give 10 stars I would! The doctor and lady (sorry I forgot her name) who checked us in were awesome! They were able to squeeze us in on short notice to get some much needed relief! Thanks again!

Doc and Julie are A1 ! They work together so well and I just feel at Home with then.

This is in regards to a call to the office in Morris,Illinois. The secretary, Julie was extremely rude as she kept talking over me constantly she would not listen to what I was trying to tell her about an amputation I had the day before. All she was concerned about was telling me she understood but there was nothing she could do.???!!!?? Really and to keep taking over me with no concern as to my painful amputation issue!!! Very disrespectful !!!! Good luck if you have to deal with her your ok as long as you listen and do not talk she will cut you off and talk over you . Nothing like that to keep you calm lol wow almost everyone in the workforce is incompetent. Makes you wonder how out world servives with such uncaring disrespectful attitudes. We, I pay for these services and it did not include disregarding my situation, as painful as the amputation I had done. I don't expect anything to be done about this its just how our workforce is its become lazy and uncaring. If to can't do your job proudly and professionally then please don't do it at all. STAY HOME AND AWAY FROM PEOPLE THAT NEED HELP YES YOU JULIE
