Once again Brandon and his team did not disappoint!! This is the 3rd Suburban we have bought from Ultimate Rides and cannot be happier. Brandon goes above and beyond what is needed to make sure the deal gets done and everything works out perfectly. This is the first time we actually went to Ultimate Rides in person. Our other 2 vehicles we had shipped as we live in Pennsylvania. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great lifted vehicle. In person or long distance they are absolutely amazing to work with. They have very satisfied customers for life with us.

John and the crew at Ultimate Rides are 1st class and put out a quality product. I bought a Yukon about 2 years ago and zero issues.
These guys are the most upfront and honest people in the auto industry I’ve ever dealt with.

First and foremost, I would like to start off by saying our experience dealing with Ultimate Rides was amazing. They went above and beyond all expectations. We worked with John and he was exceptional. He was patient, understanding and just an all around great guy. We bought a beautiful 2023 f150 xl. It was delivered to us in South Florida in a few days. This transaction was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. John and the Ultimate Rides team are awesome and I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new ride. So i have to say the experience was quite exceptional…no hassle no pressure and My Sales Professional John Prendergast was honest about the truck i was interested in and the price. The approval process was effortless on my part and they took care of some of the minor noticeable issues I observed when i test drove it. I will definitely buy from them in the future and recommend anyone to them if you’re looking for a fun lifted truck.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such great experience with John at Ultimate Rides that I decided to leave one. John is very easy to work with, and the rest of the crew was amazing as well. They were very accommodating, and were patient with me throughout the couple days I was there. I wanted different wheels on the vehicle I was buying, and they went out of their way to show me different wheel examples, put them next to my truck to make sure I make the right choice, and finally put it on for me. I highly recommend them!

Purchasing a truck remotely from Ultimate Rides in Illinois turned out to be an unexpectedly seamless and delightful experience, all thanks to their incredible team, especially Brandon, who was my main contact. From the very first phone call, Brandon made me feel completely at ease with the process. His professionalism, patience, and keen attention to detail were truly commendable. He walked me through every step, ensuring I was fully informed and comfortable with my decision, despite not being able to visit in person.

It's everything John assured me it would be! I'm so excited to drive it!!! They made the whole process as easy as could be and even delivered it! We have a busy schedule and its hard to get away. Coal City is a couple hours away from us. John said no problem, had it to us in a two days! They are all very professional and know what they are doing. That's nutz...so I started looking a used units and came across Ultimate Rides out of coal city Illinois. If you like lifted rides like I do trust me ya gotta check them out..
I contacted one of the sales reps..(Johnny Pre ). We chatted back and forth about my trade in, bottom dollar, warranties ect..
He offered me fair market price for my trade...and..offered to bring the yukon I wanted to me (2 hrs away)for inspection..upon inspection...it was a done deal...the most pretty pearl white lifted yukon you ever seen...thank you Johnny for a honest, professional sales rep. See ya on the next one.

I’ve bought several vehicles from them. Customer service is awesome and the shop is so cool! Seriously I could hang out there for hours. They sell great cars and they are the only people I trust to fix my vehicles too. Love the guys over there! If you need a new car ask for John he will take care of you!

I Hate buying cars and I was really bummed when our 9 mos old van was totalled last Dec after hitting a deer. So now I needed to find a truck that would replace our van but it had to be within our reimbursement rate for the truck. I finally find what I needed on the Ultimate Rides website.

I read a lot of their reviews. I read their description of the car/truck buying process. I thought it's too good to be true but they have what I need/want and it can be transported to New Mexico.

I put a deposit down on the truck and they assured me that they would hold it until I received my money from State Farm. Receiving that money took longer than expected and we were in regular contact about the issue. Very early on in the process, Nick realized that my information and deposit was not entered into their system and he personally reached out to me on a Saturday to verify my status and decision to purchase the truck.

I was then asssigned John as my sales guy and rep. The process was taking longer than expected this time due to banking issues and John continued to assure me that my truck was waiting and not to worry. After a lot of back and forth with insurance and the banks, I was finally able to fully purchase the truck. John arranged transport and the truck arrived safely and in great shape.

The reviews and the website are correct! Ultimate Rides sell a really good product for a reasonable price after they enhance the vehicle. John was always available to answer questions and if I called and he wasn't available, he would text me and say he would call me soon which he did. He was also very pleasant, understanding, and communicative in the process. He does his job really well.

I'm glad I found Ultimate Rides online. I didn't have to wander around car lots or deal with a bunch a of salesmen who wheel deal. It was a straight forward, easy process and they, esp John , kept me in the loop. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I would highly recommend you check them out.

I have nothing but good things to say about them so far.... John got me hooked up with real nice 2011 Silverado within my budget. Their service center is top notch. Firestone had got my rims and tires out of balance but ultimate rides got me riding back smoothly. Check them out for upgrades and more or go get your self a riding right in something off the lot...

Communication with John was great. Super friendly and helpful, and put my mind at ease about buying a vehicle online. Someone beat me to the Jeep I wanted, but I’m looking forward to working with John on a future Jeep purchase.

John was great to work with. He sold me an awesome set of 2018 raptor wheels for my f150. He was really helpful and even threw in an extra set of 33’s along with the 35’s that were already mounted on the wheels

We were looking for just over a year for a specific truck and we found it with Ultimate Rides. Not only do they have the best lifted trucks at a great price, but they made it so easy.

We live in Ohio and we bought a lifted 2015 Chevy truck totally online, without test driving or seeing the vehicle in person. They made the whole process so smooth for us. The pictures were gorgeous online and when we saw the truck the photos couldn’t have been more accurate! We could also have backed out when they delivered it to us if the truck was not what we expected. Honestly, the truck was even more awesome than the pictures!

Ultimate Rides was upfront, selling at a great price, honest, and did everything they could to be sure we were happy throughout the whole process. We have never dealt with a dealership that truly worked on our behalf and looking to make us happy not take advantage of us. They didn’t push us into any extras or charges we weren’t aware of and they worked smoothly with our bank.

We couldn’t have been in better hands with Brandon and his team. They even delivered at no cost! Wow we couldn’t have asked more. We would recommend these guys to anyone and we will be back! Thank you Brandon and everyone at Ultimate Rides. We love our truck!
