We purchased our home this year that had a walk-in jacuzzi tub that was ~14 years old. Leaked like crazy. Manufacturer would not give me time of day because I was not original owner. So happy I contacted Prime Bath!! Kriva was awesome. We now have a beautiful tub and shower! The two installers, Lucas and Steve, were so professional and hard workers. I can't say enough and recommend Prime Bath. From meeting Kriva to our new bath one day install (including removing the large old tub) was a total of 3 weeks!! Thank you so much!!

I called them and they came out that day. We discussed this small job for a couple hours. I was given a price, and that price ended up being the exact price I was charged after the job was completed.

My job was completed in 1 day. I am extremely happy with the results. the quality of the work and the attention to detail was outstanding. The installers were very professional; they arrived on time, worked all day with no breaks and cleaned up after the job was completed.

We recently hired Prime Baths to remodel both of our very outdated and dysfunctional bathrooms. The process, beginning with the initial quote/estimate to the completion of the project was a positive one. The speed, professionalism, and workmanship provided to us by Steve and Lucas is beyond impressive. They completed the demo and remodel of each bathroom bathroom in 2.5 days each! They showed up early and stayed past 5pm to finish their job. Our new bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL. We highly recommend and thank Prime Baths for a job well done!

The shower unit fitted by Prime Bath was most satisfactory for use. Delays in finishing the project were not contractors fault but due to manufacturers mistake with the glass. The fitting was achieved with minimal disruption and the fitters were most courteous and helpful. I give Prime Bath 5 stars for all around satisfaction.

Me and my wife Stephanie looked at several shower/tub remodel companies before deciding to go with Prime Bath. Krivo came out and was great going over all the different options they offered and explaining the remodel process to us. He also didn't play any games when it came to pricing like some of the other companies we spoke to did. We had them come out to remodel our kids shower and that came out great. Beau did an awesome job getting it all done. We liked it so much that we had Krivo come out again and get us set up to have our master bathroom shower and tub remodeled. Fernando came out this time and also did an awesome job. All of the people we dealt with including the owner Ken were professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the same kind of work to be done.

We were a first time Prime Bath customer back in Dec. 2019. Ken and his team did a great job on our shower and sink remodel. We did have a little touch up work to do recently and Prime Bath came right out and took care of what we needed. I love a company that stands behind their work, Ken and his team do just that.

Prime Bath took out our tub and shower unit and installed a beautiful walk in shower!! I set up the appointment for a qoute and Mike came out and he was very nice. He explained everything they were going to do. Showed us options and answered all our questions. We scheduled the installation. Steve, Alex and Tony came to do it. They were on time and the nicest men ever. I had a doctors appointment so we had to leave. We were gone for a couple hours and when we came back the old tub and shower was out and and the new shower floor unit was already in. They were working hard on getting ready to install the walls. They made sure we liked the bench hieght and the placing of the shelves before installing them. After they were done they did a wonderful cleanup. We were very impressed by the work these 3 men did. We will totally 100 percent recommend this company and their employee's!

Everyone we spoke to and dealt with over the phone and who came out to our home were very helpful and professional. Bill came out to our home in October, he did such a nice job. We were very impressed by his friendly demeanor and excellent workmanship.

The office staff and field staff are very friendly and professional. Prime Bath met our expectations and we’re very happy with the finished product. We will definitely use them again to update our upstair bathroom as well!

We had Ken out for a quote for two bathrooms and quickly realized we were making the right decision both with the product and the company. We were not looking to add tile and more maintenance to our everyday life. Ken did not try and oversell us but we ended up going top notch on both of our bathrooms as we pursued the options. We went with the white subway tile in both and upgraded shower doors. We also splurged on the shower jets. Would highly recommend all if you can do it. Bill and Jason the installers were wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable on the product and plumbing. They knew the right questions to ask to ensure our install was custom. They also were very courteous and respectful of our home. Would highly recommend Ken and his team and Prime Bath. I did a lot of research before choosing them. Looking forward to doing our third bathroom in the future.

I waited to write our review to make sure we really did love our new bathtub/shower. Well it's been a week and I can not say enough how much we love it. Ken was great to work with and very accommodating to meet for an estimate on a Saturday. His crew, Jason and Bill were very personable and extremely hard workers! It was amazing that our bathroom was transformed in one day! We highly recommend them and will alway keep them in mind for any future remodels!

New shower with grab bar. Double heads and shelves are beautiful! We worked more than once to make sure I could reach the shower head. All was done in a day, with accurate estimate of when they could install after I ordered. Steve and Alex helped get my master furniture moved out of the way so they could be efficient and they cleaned up the dust very well. Would recommend this team to anyone!

We did a tub-to-shower conversion. Steve and Alex were extremely professional and friendly. They filled us in on the phases of the job, and put up with my persnicketiness when I came home from work toward the end of the day. They also cleaned up during and after. Wonderful. The result looks splendid and we are very happy to have used Prime Baths, not just for the work but also for the reasonable price!

Starting with Krivo, the sales rep, all the way thru completion of the project, it was a very good experience. The installers were Alex and Steve who introduced themselves on arrival. They were friendly, competent and totally cleaned up the job site after completion. The bathtub/shower looks great and we are very happy. Prime Bath installed a new shower remodel for me. They removed my previous shower and installed a beautiful shower enclosure. Alex and Steve handled the entire install professionally and did a wonderful job. I’m enjoying my whole new shower system, and know it will last for a long time. I am extremely pleased.

Alex and Steve did the remodeling in all 3 of our bathrooms and did a wonderful job (and it only took them one week !). They were very communicative about everything including finding some rotting wood behind the shower and how they could fix it and also were happy to facilitate any small last minute requests including installing our bidets on our toilets. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were super sweet with our dogs even though they barked at them every day lol. Our new bathrooms look incredible and don’t leak anymore. Steve and Alex did a great job on our tub to shower conversion. We love the new shower! They arrived on time and finished in one day! They were very professional, they put down rugs to protect our floors, and cleaned up after the job. We were very impressed!

The gold medal, for any service of business rests on 3 things for me.

First, the sales process. They made it easy. The estimator / salesperson came out showed us samples with a ton of options, measured out the space we wanted to replace, and provided us with a solid quote that achieved all our goals, which he, Krivo, knew because he listened to us.

Second, the price. I was pleasantly surprised. We were considering a bath fitter for our shower tub combination and the Prime Baths option was surprisingly much more cost effective, and way more solid. Krivo really worked with us to make sure that we were getting the best deals too.

Third, the delivery / workmanship / professionalism. Beau showed up when he said he was going to, did the work, and was very respectful of our home and property. The workmanship was flawless, and we're loving the look and functionality of our new tub/shower combo.

But to get the platinum medal, it's a little weird to say, but something has to go wrong. To explain, if you judge someone, solely on their best day, when everything is perfect, everyone would get a perfect rating. But if something goes wrong, you get to really see the real quality of a service/person/company. We did have such a problem, and key to me was that Krivo knew what had happened, knew how to fix it, owned the problem completely, and made it right in a reasonable amount of time. It makes me believe that Prime Baths is a company that is going to stand behind their work, and make things right when they go wrong.

Steve and Alex did a great job overall and I would recommend them for your home upgrade. They were very professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up throughout the work day and again at the end of each work day. Good quality workmanship and I would use them again.
