My visit to Coal City Dental was incredible. I was welcomed by Joe at the front reception with a warm greeting. Had a cleaning done by a very capable and amazing hygienist Tammy. She puts you at ease and addresses every concern. Dr. Ali who swiftly diagnoses you and puts together an easy action plan. Dr. Ali knows his profession and it shows through his work. Upon leaving the facility my upcoming appointments were scheduled by Stephanie, she also works very closely with your insurance provider. Solid team effort at Coal City Dental! Thank you.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction, Asap. Coal City Dental promptly returned my call . After a state of the art evaluation Dr. ALI quickly removed the tooth and consulted me on other problems that I had not been able to complete . He truly cares about his patients and that impressed me .
He and his friendly staff are top notch professionals in their field. My teeth are healthy again and I am very pleased with the results
That included extensive work , including tooth extractions , crown replacement , 4 dental implants fillings . ETC. I highly recommend Coal City Dental.

Coal City Dental was my first dental experience in years. I’m basically the poster child for dental anxiety, heck I was shaking making my appointment to be seen..

But I’ll tell you this, if you have any fear of going, team at CCD will ensure you feel heard, that your fears are validated, and that you’re comfortable the entire time.

I had an extraction today. Was terrified all week knowing it was coming, and I never thought I’d even be brave enough to walk through the door knowing what was going to be done. The entire team made me feel welcome, put my fears to bed, and Dr. Ali was so dang good, my appointment was at 4, I was walking out the door at 4:10 a changed man. Appreciate you all so much.

If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, Tammy is absolutely amazing. She is kind and patient and goes at your pace. All the staff are nice and helpful. Makes it easier to go every 6 months.

Dr. Trevison and her staff are very good. They are knowledgeable, very skilled, and friendly. I was one of the dental cowards until I became one of her patients. She not only did a great job with my teeth, she also helped me overcome my fear. I feel like, in my case, she was as much a great therapist as well as a terrific dentist. All of her assistants are wonderful are great too.

Robin and her staff at Coal City Dental are true professionals and wonderful people. I always look forward to my visits not only for routine checkups, but also if more detailed procedures are needed. They put you at ease from the moment you walk-in the door. They are my families choice for a dentists office even though we live more than 25 miles away. They are well worth the drive! 5 stars and two BIG 👍👍 up!

Very impressed with this company! The receptionist helped us (before we were even patients!) to get in as soon as possible. She made several calls and was amazing! The dentist is a sweetheart. My 10 year old just had a tooth pulled. She made sure he was comfortable and got the job done quickly. The staff was great at letting us know what to expect. From begining to end the service, caring and treatment was amazing. Looking forward to a long relationship with these great people. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the office is always pleasant and helpful. My hygienist Debbie is not only great at what she does but she makes sure she educates you. Dr. Trevison is very personable and compassionate. It's a dentist but I can honestly say I look forward to going to my appointments.

Dr. Trevison and her staff have always been super nice and personable. I've had some work done trying to get my teeth straightened out after years of neglect, and they have done great work and stood behind it. I don't think I could have gotten such quality service from another dentist unless I paid much more. I was lucky to find a local pro who is as wonderful as Dr. Trevison.

To start I should preface that I'm 31 and haven't been to a dentist regularly in around 15 years. Things pop up in your life and sometimes dental becomes a lower priority than it should be. However when I started going to Coal City Dental the staff has always been a wonderful experience.

I would like to walk you, a potentially hesitant patient through my experience with them.

ChyAnne is the Office Manager and fields a lot of the phone calls and scheduling for you, if you have any issues just let her know and she will take care of you! She will work around your schedule as much as they reasonably can. ChyAnne is polite, with a smile in her voice. When you enter the waiting room she knows you by name the second time you come. Wait time is negligible, usually you are in a dentist's room straight away.

Debbie is the second person I had the pleasure of meeting during these recent procedures. She is very knowledgeable and will joyfully answer any questions you may have. It had been a very long time since my last appointment so I had many. She was patient throughout my stumbling and slurred speech (Numbing shots). Debbie performed my root scaling and planning, there was no discomfort or pain whatsoever. She was very clear and concise with instructions. She also helped prep me and assisted in my temporary crown placement. She is very skilled. I would also like to thank her for the suggestion to buy a waterpik. It has helped with my periodontal disease discomfort immensely.

Finally we come to Natalie and Dr. Ahmad. I have only had the pleasure of their company a couple of times now, however they are both extremely pleasant to work with. Their skill when working together is kind of amazing to watch. I would say %90+ of their communication is nonverbal and if they need to speak about the procedure it may only be a word or two, which conveys an entire sentence. That doesn't mean that they are quiet; during the procedure they engage with each other and the patient. Natalie and Dr. Ahmad are great at distracting you with small talk and it feels like the procedure just flies by.

Dr. Ahmad is particularly good at numbing up your mouth and to be honest, I didn't feel even the slightest pinch while I was receiving a multitude of shots in my mouth. He paid particular attention to my crown and fillings so that I had a nice contact when biting.

Natalie was very good at initiating the small talk and distracting you from the procedure while involving you in the conversation. She always had a tool or quip at the ready.

Overall I would give the staff that I have had the pleasure of working with a 10/10.

The quality of workmanship, the skill and knowledge of the staff, friendly atmosphere as well as their ability to accommodate your requests all come together and result in a rather enjoyable experience at the dentist.

I will personally be going here until either the staff changes or I move out of state. Luckily they are a local company, but if they weren't it would be worth a two hour drive to keep coming here.

I highly recommend them and hope you have even half of the positive experience I have had with them.

coal city dental is outstanding! I have been a patient for over ten years and I would not trust going anywhere else. Dr Trevison is so gentle and compassionate and I have never had a better hygienist than Debbie. The whole staff is top notch! Give them a try you wish you would have gone here sooner!

Dr. Trevison is the sweetest and most gentle dentist I have ever been to. She genuinely cares about her patients! And her staff is great too! I have been going to her ever since I moved to Illinois.....I am so glad I found her!!!

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Dr. Trevison and her staff are very welcoming, professional, and they take the time to explain any procedures or treatment that I may need. They are compassionate and very knowledgeable when it comes to dental care.

I am a the worst when it comes to going to the dentist! Dr Trevison and her team definitely cater to the cowards. Over the last several years they have brightened my smile for our daughters wedding, put crowns on my teeth and I had an implant. Never felt the pain through any of it. They are Wonderful! I would highly recommend them for all ages!

A total big old baby! So, when we retired this summer and moved into Wilmington I found myself in need of a dentist. I found an ad in the neighborhood paper for Coal City Dental it had a picture of all these really friendly-looking people in it. This ad hung on my refrigerator for two months before I got the courage to finally call. Tracy answered the phone and with the patience of a saint walked me through making my first appointment. I had the initial appointment and returned the next day for a deep cleaning....I realize right now that I seriously need to condense this review or I'll be writing a book here!!! Dr. Trevison was so kind and patient I immediately felt at ease with her... she's super pretty too!! ... Esme helped me make a very important decision regarding the rest of my life with my teeth. She was super informative so laid-back so knowledgeable I am so grateful to her. She literally laid everything out on paper for me so it' was easy to make my decision 🤗 my second visit was for a deep cleaning and this is where Debbie stepped in. Well all I can say is WOW what an amazing lady!!
What little anxiety I still had left completely disappeared once she started talking to me! I felt no discomfort at all , nothing , she mentioned that there may be some discomfort after I got home but there was none ...not one little bit.. I have a third appointment now to have the other half of the deep cleaning done and I don't think I'll be afraid to go this time. The office and the rooms are immaculate and warm and comforting, there are pictures and scenes on the ceiling it's so cool. please if you're reading this don't let the ad sit on your refrigerator for two months and waste time just go you'll be amazed how nice of an experience it can actually be to go to the dentist!! Dr. Trevison is the best dentist I have ever been to in my 62 years... For real no joke!!!

Best experience I've ever had. Not exaggerating a bit. They were very kind, caring and informative. The team seems to know exactly what they're doing and have a very efficient process. I am happy to have found their office and continuing my dental care with Coal City Dental!

Best dentist and staff ever! Very understanding for those like me who dread going to the dentist. They have music to listen to and TV to divert your attention. Robin, the dentist is super awesome and listens when you say, I can feel that even when I think it's probably all in my head :)

We have had the best experience with Dr. Trevison and her team. A few of us in our family are fearful of dental work, and we have always received top care! I have never felt pain in her office and they will work with you on payments.

Myself and my children are all patients of Dr. Robin and she is awesome! She puts all fears of the dentist aside and is genuinely caring. Her staff is always amazing as well and very helpful!

This is THE BEST dental provided i have ever been to. They are professional and very informative. I didn't have any questions yo ask, because all were answered before i even thought about it. The staff is wonderful. The doctor is wonderful. My experience is like no other.
