Super helpful and kind. The lady who helped me, Jessie I believe, stayed late on Super Bowl Sunday just to make sure I was 100% taken care of. I never leave reviews and felt the need to do so here because of the level of service I received.

We went to Verizon for new phones today and were extremely fortunate to get Jessie as our representative! She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She set us up with new phones and accessories to our complete satisfaction!! Would highly recommend Jessie to everyone!!

Eric was amazing! He helped my son with all his needs and even went above and beyond to help get the right promotions and what would save us money. Definitely recommend this story!

Eric was wonderful and very patient. Tracfone did just about everything they could to slow/prevent our number transfer, but he kept working all angles to get the job done! GOOD JOB ERIC!

Xander has helped me previously with a phone issue and did some techno-magic to achieve the outcome I needed. If you need someone to fix your phone issue, and placing your device in rice overnight didn't work, Xander is your guy.
