Michael went above and beyond helping us out. He is an honest person who thinks of his customers first and foremost. He is the reason why I will on shop at the Morris O'Reilly Auto Parts for all of my car needs!

Have used O'Reilly for years. From batteries to spark plugs (a thing of the past) belts to WD40 and windshield cleaner. Good service and friendly people

Personally I need to give this O'Reilly store 5 stars. Everything I stop here everyone is extremely helpful. The store is always very clean and organized.
I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

I recently stopped by to have my car scanned for check engine light.
Austin helped me and was very polite & professional. In a day where everyone complains I feel the need to call out great customer service.

Last week we were headed to SW Iowa from Ohio and my truck started acting up. Eric and his crue went to work and helped me more than any auto parts store I have ever been at. Spent a really long time helping me get to my location.. Great people make great companies..

I personally did not go here. However, my mother did. She was having issues with her car after just having a new battery installed at wal mart. The battery light was going on, and we also figured out we were having an issue with one of her belts. These members really took care of my mom, and that means the world to me. They went above and beyond for her. She called me in tears because she was so happy and grateful. Honestly, this means the world. One because I'm one who can never trust any car place. Two because unfortunately it's rare to find people who genuinely really want to take the time to help you. This location did both for my mother. I thank you, and pretty soon I will be coming there to get myself a battery just because of how outstanding her service was. Thanks everyone. You made a stressful situation into one that not only made us grateful.. but reminded us that there are still wonderful caring people out there.

Today I dropped 100.00 in cash at 9:30 this morning. Did not find out I lost it till 3:00 this afternoon. They found it and held it, and remembered me. THANK YOU for your integrity, and Honesty. Myka and your staff have earned my customer loyalty. Well done!!!!!

Great staff very helpful answered all My questions, Installed by battery and wiper blades for me. I like that kind of services , especially for senior citizens.

My husband and I were driving through on our way to iowa had some problems with his GMC found this O’Reilly auto parts store and everyone there was a very helpful and went out of their way to get us back on the road!!! I would highly recommend this place for fantastic customer service!!!!

The staff was knowledgeable. They gave me multiple options for the item I needed. They directed me to where the part was. Most importantly, they had the item I needed on multiple occasions.

Service was excellent, the employee Brendan helped me with my headlights and did it quick and easy. The other girl knew nothing about cars and asked him to help me because she didn’t know what to do. Poor employee. Get people who know cars.

Nice clean store awesome and I hope full staff I came from out of state and they made me a priority and helping me in finding my parts that I needed to get me back on the road and going if I can get more than five stars I would, and I think the lady helping me was Stacy I wish I had more auto parts store like this back home

We broke down on I80w at
Three Rivers Rest Area enroute to Iowa from New York. Looked up closest part store, O'Reilly came up. We called, spoke to Austin, limped to the store after some help from a young man, and Austin had everything ready... Went above and beyond with customer service!

First time customer way better customer service than Auto Zone here in town. The guy was nice and offered me to use their oil cup. Highly recommend this place.
